If you are considering this rental property we highly recommend you book it before it is gone! We had 8 adults and 2 grand babies under age 3 at this home for a week and it was the perfect setup! The location was ideal for enjoying great family time together without being crowded and in each others space all the time! It is close to the beach, food, and shopping. The walk to the private beach area was one of the best parts with small children, only a minute walk to the house for naptime. In addition there was so much open space on the beach in the designated Ship Watch area! There were pool/beach items including chairs in the garage....nice bonus if you fly or have limited car space! The pool was not big, but was a nice option while kids were daytime napping as well as in the evenings! The bedroom/bath setups were great for couples as well as individuals. Kitchen setup was satisfactory as we had our own personal chef (son in law!) and he was able to create many delicious meals allowing us to avoid long wait times at area restaurants! Towels were sufficient, including pool/beach towels. The golf cart was fun as well as functional when you needed to run for morning coffee or a few groceries. Everything in the home was well maintained and we had no issues requiring us to reach out to the owners. I feel if there had been an issue, they would have responded immediately as all their communication prior to our arrival was prompt and very helpful! BOOK THE TRIP..IT'S A GREAT HOUSE!

Spring Break at Beach Baby

This is our second year staying at the Beach Baby house. As always, the accommodations were excellent and the responsiveness of the management team was top notch. We usually do not have any questions, as the instructions are laid out well and everything is always in order, but when items come up, the team responds immediately. Location to the beach is excellent and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We will definitely be looking to book again next March. Thank you for always making the stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful home

What a beautiful home! We had a fantastic stay here. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. The golf cart was a great bonus as well as all the toys and chairs for the beach. My 75 year old mom and 3 grandchildren (ages 1, 2, and 4) were all easily able to walk the short distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time at the Beach Baby! The house is well equipped and very spacious. When we arrived, the heated pool option was not functioning correctly, but it was quickly taken care of by Coastal Retreats and we had no issues the rest of our stay. We rented chairs/umbrellas on the beach each day, which was very affordable and easy. I will, however, say that some of the neighbors who are owners in the neighborhood were not kind to some other renters during our stay and requested "private beach access with no interrupted view" to themselves, even after the families who were staying in the neighborhood had been at the beach for several hours before the owners arrived. I do not find it appropriate to single out owners on the beach, as the renters who choose to rent in this area have paid a fair amount to stay and should have equal access to any area of the beach for Shipwatch. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good house!

It was a great stay! We did have an issue with the pool but the property manger/host were quick communicate and resolve it. There are a few outlets that were not completely put into the wall so we did have to keep a close on our toddlers to make sure they were not touching them. Unfortunately those outlets were in the kids room. The house was clean and shocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. There was so much to offer in the garage for the beach. The golf cart was so nice and convenient to have also. Overall this is a great house for families to stay at and we really enjoyed our time in Miramar beach!

We had an absolute amazing time, the property was just as pictured & steps away from the ocean. The only downside, was we could only book for 3 nights when we booked. Comsidering booking for next year!

2024 multi-generation vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect; just steps from the beach. The host and contact person for our property during our stay was responsive and helpful.

Spring Break with the kids

The property is beautiful and fully furnished. Everything you could ever want or need in the kitchen. There were labels on everything which was very convenient. We had an issue with the WiFi and pool heating on arrival both of which were quickly addressed. Alex was very responsive and was very accommodating. Great customer service. There is a very short walk to the beach. Shorter than it looks on the map. The beach is beautiful white sand. We did not rent chairs or umbrellas because the home had all the beach accessories available to us in the garage. Definitely appreciated. We never used the golf cart- but it looks brand new. Having the grocery store so close we walked for any grocery needs. We would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect- not super busy like Destin.
