Fabulous views of the gulf & Beach chair setup included! Never wait for an elevator with this ground floor unit, just walk right out of the sliding glass door to the pool and the Gulf. This unit features granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, tile throughout, and is appointed with stylish furnishings. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV and DVD. The second bedroom has one king size bed as well as a Flat screen TV and DVD. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV and DVD. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Beach House is a family oriented, well maintained low density complex. The property boasts many family activities with an oversized pool, smaller kid`s pool, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, game room with many game machines, exercise room, an extensive hiking biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, a club house with assorted board games, tv`s, and computer access. The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there`s constant opportunity for family fun!

The complex resides on 650 feet of pristine beachfront-the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The private pool is seasonally heated and has a separate kiddy pool, and gazebo for relaxing. There is a large separate club house conveniently located near the pools. Beach House now has onsite bicycle and kayak rentals!

Location was terrific, just a few steps to the beach. Beach was also great. It rained the first day we were there, but the condo had plenty of activities and a nice tv with Dish network to watch the opening weekend of college football. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The beds were uncomfortable, that was our only complaint.

It was amazing! This property is in a perfect location. Steps away from the pool, beach access, and parking lot. Super convenient, especially with babies! We uwill definitely be booking this property again! (Bonus that it’s right across the street from Alvin’s island!

The rating is because they have roaches. Yes the view is beautiful but on our last day we saw little roaches in the kitchen. I notified them as soon as I saw them. All Jeff said is HOA is in charge of pest control and he’ll tell them to spray. I don’t live with roaches nor did I want them traveling with me. It’s been almost 2 weeks and management has failed to follow up with me. The master bedroom sink drains slow. There is an ant problem on the patio during daytime. When I cleaned the toilets I can tell under the inside rim where the water comes from hadn’t been throughly cleaned. The master bedroom need new white sheet set there’s a permanent stain on them. The professional thing to do would be to follow up with me. If they don’t I know what my next step will be.

GREAT LOCATION

Location was absolutely amazing!!! On the first day and next morning, we saw a couple infestation roaches (in kitchen) and was unable to make contact with manager but after the first day, we did not see anymore. We also had a lady put in the code and walk right in on day 3 and say she was there for an inspection and was confused as to why we were there. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again but need to clean better!

Quick family beach trip

Location is awesome. Sit on the ground floor and looking directly at the ocean. Beach access from the ground floor balcony was very convenient as was the pool. Only thing that was disappointing was the beach chairs with umbrellas in front of the property were so close together it was not easy to get through especially with families with little ones set up behind the chairs. Room was nice and checkin was easy.

Family Beach Wedding Vacation

The condo was perfect and made our family trip even more enjoyable. Loved the updates to the condo; new living room furniture and bedroom was updated with one king or queen size bed. Having all the kitchen appliances made our stay a lot easier. Appreciated having the use of the rafts, knee boards, pool toys, etc. The condo is on the main floor with close and easy access to the pool, beach, and BBQ pits. We did have a problem upon arrival getting into the condo because the code to the door was changed and the new code was not sent. We had to call, leave a message, and wait outside the condo with all of our luggage for a return call to get the new code. The pool was also closed for repairs for two days. Outside of those two issues we had a great vacation and would stay at Vicki's property again. Thanks a bunch.

Loved the 1st floor! Overall it was a great property. The internet connection was terrible so don't plan on getting any work done or streaming movies while you're there. Will definitely book again. Can't comment on the pool as we were beach only.

Check in was super easy. I’m recovering from an injured knee so the closeness of the beach was very important and I wasn’t disappointed. The views and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Would recommend this property for sure!!!

Beach trip 2021

My family had a blast! Love the location/ Miramar area is our favorite. We love the floor unit and grassy area in front of the patio. The pool and beach access is steps away
 no elevator or steps to climb to condo. And being able to walk to shops and restaurants beats being stuck in traffic! We look forward to our family beach trip all year and can’t wait to come back to The Beach House!
