The owners have left no detail untouched from this fully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront, vacation retreat and now they are ready to share it with those astute beach vacationers desiring to relax in a spa-like retreat surrounded by style and comfort.

Light and airy the décor highlights all that this property has to offer, especially its big gulf views and panoramic sights where large floor to ceiling windows optimize natural light to every room. Everything has been professionally updated in a cool, coastal palate. The kitchen has Quartz counter-tops plus stainless steel appliances and glass cabinetry details. The island is the perfect size for sitting and chatting especially with the custom wet-bar and wine fridge nearby. The coastal charm with a farmhouse style-dining table to seat six and a large sectional sofa.

The first master bedroom is the heart of the home with a king-size mattress and truly embraces its namesake, “PharmaSea” where spa-like amenities will have you recharged and rested. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity along with beautifully tiled standing shower. The second master bedroom also offers a king-size mattress with side chair perfect for a quiet moment. It's en suite bathroom has a custom vanity and separate shower. Each bedroom has outlets with USB ports for easy device charging. The guest bedroom boasts a twin bed top bunk and a Queen-size bottom mattress- built with lights, stairs, and storage.

View was STUNNING! Condo is beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. Beach was not crowded and pool was so clean! We loved our stay! Will definitely book again.

Wonderful vacation spot!

We had an amazing week in Miramar Beach. The location is perfect! You are close to shopping, groceries, and great places to eat! The beaches are gorgeous with easy beach access, great pools, and very clean and well maintained property. The condo has amazing views and was very comfortable and cozy. Our family loved every minute!!

Condo was great and very nicely done. Extra amenities like beach towels and beach gear were very helpful! Only issue we had was the power went out and caused the A/C to not come back on and we couldn’t get it to reset. The property management company was unhelpful and somewhat rude we ended up having to sleep without the AC the last night.

We did have a false fire alarm at 5:40 in the morning and having to wake a 6 month old baby and walking down 18 floors was not fun. We were told this happens often. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two adults and three children enjoyed this beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf of America. The beautiful emerald waters of the golf can be enjoyed from the extra large balcony with plenty of chairs, tables, and foot stools. Inside the master bedroom is plenty large with a nice large bathroom. The two other bedrooms are nicely furnished each with its own bathroom (one double Zaaz, the guest bathroom). The kitchen is nice and has an electric cooktop. The kitchen utensils are pretty good, but could use a new pizza cutter. The icemaker in the refrigerator is pretty cool. Would recommend getting a golf cart to enjoy the other parts of the resort property. Also had some issues with the code to access the fitness center. I think I had to call and request four or five different codes, but in the end was able to gain entrance to the fitness room when I needed to.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is nicely appointed, and we've stayed in this one the last three summer vacations. It's a bit of a challenge for me because I'm highly allergic to feathers, and all the furniture in the living room and bedding in the main primary bedroom is filled with feathers. I have to remove everything from the bed and remake it without the feather items. Despite this, we've continued to rent this unit because the granddaughters love the bunk beds in the middle bedroom. This year, the shower in the second primary bedroom at the back of the unit had a shower that wasn't usable because the faucet wouldn't go over to the Hot side. We called My Vacation Haven; they sent over a plumber. He said someone had put on a child proof washer or some such to prevent the water from going over to the hot side. Vacation Haven said they would call the property manager and have the property manager call us, which never happened. We followed up with Vacation Haven, and there was nothing further offered to ensure we had 3 functioning showers for six people. In addition, the kitchen is lacking in some basic things, such as a 9 x 13 pan. This unit also does not have an ice maker, so you're constantly refilling ice trays and buying bags of ice. The washer and dryer in the unit leave much to be desired. The washer is so small, you can fit only 3 beach towels per load. And the dryer takes hours to dry beach towels. Restaurants we like: Emeril's Coastal Italian, Louie Louie, Beach House, Captain Dave's, Boshamp's, McGuire's Irish Pub, Louisiana Lagniappe, Marina Cafe, Camile's, Tommy Bahama's, Dewey Destin's, Pizza by the Sea

Beautiful property and excellent location! Only a couple thoughts - we tried to rent a golf cart and were told the property owner must have a long term contract with someone. We reached out to property management and they never got back to us. A golf cart - even if you have to pay for it would make this a 10 star property!!! Space was beautiful, comfortable and is close to everything (hence wanting the cart instead of a car) the property and beach were clean and well kept. Excellent find!

Amazing Views and Pristine Condo

This Condo is so beautiful. The decor and furnishings are what you would want in your own home. The appliances are all very nice and higher end. Anything you need is there. We spent a week in this fabulous condo and loved coming “home” from the beach to hot luxurious showers, plenty of space and comfy beds with too notch linens. This place takes the cake. We will be back!
