Beautiful top floor unit at the Beach Resort! Beach access, ton of amenities included. Located on Scenic Hwy 98 within walking distance to restaurants. Steps to the white sugary sands of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Druckrey Destination features a fresh decor as well as a gorgeous pool and gulf view from the private 5th floor balcony. This unit is oversized with 1100 square feet of space and 2 full bathrooms. TOP FLOOR unit with breathtaking views of the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is a quick 185 steps to the white sugary sand beaches. We offer all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay and relax. In-unit washer and dryer for your use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay including dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee filters, spices, coffeemaker and Keurig. Free WIFI, 2 SMART TV's with cable. Games for the kids. Fully stocked beach essentials including beach wagon, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and so much more! Beach towels included. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your stay.

King bedroom with master suite. Twin bunk room with full bathroom connected. Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.
Custom bunks be completed in April of 2024 with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. A barn door will also be added for privacy.

Guests have access to the entire 5th floor condo. Guests have shared access to parking, pool, hot tub, pool dining porticos, charcoal grills and private beach access. We are just a text or phone call away to help you with anything you need while you are our guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Rules and Regulations:

Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

There is no smoking in the condo or on the balcony. If you smoke inside the condo, you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee and will be charged for any damages.

Quiet time is 10pm-9am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Garbage must be placed in trash chutes located next to the elevators.

This beautiful beach condo is our 2nd home, therefore we have applied extra care and thought into cleanliness and upkeep. We appreciate that our guests will appreciate and honor our desire to keep it that way.
