The first floor of the property hosts the first of the home's two bunks rooms, a laundry room, a full bath, and the private pool. The first-floor bunk room sleeps three on a set of custom twin-over-full bunks and features a flat-screen TV. A full bath with a shower/tub combo services the bunk room and the pool area. The private, in-ground gulf front pool provides guests with a freshwater option and a grill is located off of the pool for guests' use. Take further advantage of the pool by requesting pool heat for an additional charge*.

Proceeding up to the second floor, guests will find the gulf-front, open floor plan living area, as well as the beautiful Master Suite. The living room boasts endless gulf views through floor-to-ceiling windows! With ample seating, a flat screen TV, and a BluRay player, this room serves as the perfect space to entertain after a long day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel Dacor appliances including a professional gas range. Dine at the formal dining area or at less formal seating along the kitchen counter. A half bath services the open floor plan living area. Extending off the living area, the second-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as it overlooks a pristine stretch of beach.

The home's Master Suite is also located on the second floor. Rivaling some of the finest on the Emerald Coast, the spacious Master Suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking Scenic Highway 98. The en-suite Master Bath is complete with a standalone shower and a private water closet.
