Welcome to Emerald SeaZ #3207 at Maravilla Resort, our 2-bedroom, 2-bath Miramar Beach condo comfortably accommodating up to six guests. With newly updated living room furnishings, thoughtful family-friendly extras, and Maravilla’s recently completed property-wide exterior restoration, both the condo and resort offer a fresh, inviting setting to slow down, reconnect, and settle into a different rhythm of life on the Emerald Coast.

Your daily beach service includes:

4 beach chairs + 2 umbrellas, set up for you each day.

No hauling chairs to the beach. No renting them after you arrive. Just grab your beach bag and head to Maravilla’s beautiful 2.5-acre private beach, where sugar-white sand meets the sparkling blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our incredible 27-foot Gulf-view balcony spans the entire width of the condo, with direct access from both the living room and primary bedroom. It’s truly an extension of the living space and often becomes our guests’ favorite “room.”

Start your morning with coffee and a book while enjoying the Gulf view. Stretch out on the chaise for an afternoon nap. Listen to the waves rolling onto shore, enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down, or share a meal outside with the people you love.

Take a banana boat shuttle out into the Gulf for your parasailing flight and enjoy incredible views of the Emerald Coast from above—you may even spot dolphins or sea turtles along the way.
