You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located in the middle of the west side of the tower.

Great stay! Condo perfect for us for a long weekend! Bed was super comfy! Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking in! Also plenty of towels and wash cloths if you don’t want to wash clothes every day. Will definitely stay again!

Condo was nice but needs some updates Patio furniture is rusted. Closet doors uneven and hard to open No nice maker shower needs updating. Called in a leak coming from the water heater early Saturday morning. No one came to see about it. Had to leave a towel in the hall to avoid slipping on wet floor

Overall we enjoyed this visit. This being our first time to stay in a resort I don’t think we will stay again. Maybe a different complex on the resort would be better. This particular part of the beach is way over crowded because guest from the other parts of he resort to the beach in front of Beachside 2 Tower. Lots of chairs and activities to do but overcrowded. The room is as described and communication and response with the management folks was very good. However ordered a grocery delivery and was told to set it for 2-4. Delivery showed up at 3 and they would not allow them to leave it because our check in time was at 4. We had to drop by Walmart to retrieve our groceries.

Could have been great but . . .

Normally we stay at the Hilton Golf and Beach resort on property. This time we wanted to try a condo next door so we chose beachside ll 4336. Never again. The room had the sharp smell of mildew. Couch needs to be thrown out. End Table is broke. Only one comfortable chair in living room. Living room furniture is worn and rugs are ratty. Looks like it has never been updated since 1980 including popcorn ceilings. Shower head is loose. Toilet never stops running. Clothes dryer is extremely loud. I will say the bed was very comfortable. Could be an excellent unit with cleaning, repairs and newer furnishings, as the balcony and private sun deck were amazing. The smell is the main problem. And to many codes to memorize.

Cute Place, Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small condo was just right for the 3 of us. Perfect location on the water. Easy rental to work with when it comes to codes, access to unit and communication. I will say however, this unit has some much needed TLC. The 2 blue chairs in the living area are about to bust. I told my 75 year old mom to not go near them or she'll end up on the floor. No hooks in the bathroom for towels, and some cabinet updating would be wonderful! The linens and unit were very clean upon our arrival and it had the basic things we needed to start our trip. If your a hand washer like me, you will want to bring your own hand soap as they only leave you with body bars. There are not lounge chairs on the lower patio like pictures show. The golf was WONDERFUL & the resort in general was very upkept and clean. The rental company was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we may have had! We ate at Dewey Destin & the Back Porch. 5 stars for both place!!! The Whart was fun to take the golf cart to! A map of how to navigate over there would have been helpful, thankful for friends for who were staying across the way and came and got us to show us how to get over there.
