Great Condo on Miramar Beach! Amazing views and location to pool and beach. The condo is immaculate. I'm so glad we stayed here, the host left everything we needed to get started. Also there was a nice collection of beach chairs, umbrella and a few balls to play catch. We can't wait to return.

What a great location. The evening sunsets were amazing. The furniture in the living room have seen better days, but it was comfortable. I loved the kitchen, we were able to make breakfast each morning.

We stay at west winds every year and we love it , this was our first time staying in this unit and using Julie , everything about our stay was perfect and Julie stays in touch and makes sure of it ..

The unit itself was great. The beds were less than comfortable, very noisy which kept us awake if we moved at all. Owner is amazing and accommodating to work with and the unit was clean. Worked great other than the bed issue. We didn’t like that everyone could setup in front of the beach rentals (which we’ve never experienced at other properties) and the guys would pick the chairs up around 2:30-3pm and we would have to ask them to be put back out. Otherwise great condo!

Overall great time

Great little condo. Good view. Everything worked and was as it should be. We had a great time. Could have been a little cleaner (sticky stuff around cabinet handles, etc
 but very minor stuff that didn’t really concern us much). Pool was great. Beach access was good if you got out early. Only beach available was about 100 yd stretch between other private beaches that you were not allowed to set up on. And the beach that you could set up on was covered up with rental chairs and umbrellas. Regardless we still had a great time.

Great spot

Large condo building with a very nice pool, hot tub and beach access. Location was close to shopping and dining options. Great views from all rooms in the condo. Would stay here again.

Awesome Trip at an Awesome Place

It has a great view, the best location on the beach, plenty of access to places to eat; and I love the security gate to get in, which adds an additional feeling of security. The pool is great, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough about this property. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would recommend bringing beach towels, but chairs, boogie boards, masks, shovels, and all kinds of beach stuff are all already there. The water was turned off a number of times due to some kind of water alert system, but just make a call to turn it back on. Walking and biking paths go all throughout the property. Thx Julie we had a great time.

Loved our stay at Westwinds Sandestin! The condo was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked, all the utensils we needed. Check in was simple, and check out was easy. Not like other places where you have a 10 step checkout process. Julie was helpful and communicated quickly. We definitely plan on coming back!

Wonderful Beach Escape

Beautiful grounds with palm trees, foliage, flowers, chirping birds and tree frogs at night. It felt like we were truly in a Caribbean resort! The pools and tiki bar were wonderful too and beach access just a quick walk! Our host was attentive and speedily responded to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend!

Great experience from beginning to end!

Communication with owner was exceptional! We were able to check in early which hasn’t been our experience with other condos in the past. Condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with beach essentials. Great location!

Perfect Location

Plenty to do on the Sandestin property! This condo has a very large heated pool, hot tub and small kiddie pool. We were there over Spring Break and even with a large amount of ppl staying at the complex- the pool in large enough to accommodate. There is private beach just steps away from the pool with chair service or you can bring chairs that are already present in the condo.
