Ground Floor! Free Beach Service, Sleeps 6, Nice Decor, Pet friendly

This is a ground floor unit so no stairs to worry about! This unit gets the morning sun and evening shade. This condo is located in building one on the east side perpendicular to the beach.

This condo will accommodate 4 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master has a king-sized bed with an entertainment center that holds the TV. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a TV.

The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer and a large pantry. This condo comes with free wireless internet!

The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between March 1st through October 31st. We now have a beach ramp! No more stairs.

If you have a family gathering and need an additional condo or two in the same complex, we also manage the following condos: VRBO 510723, VRBO 2145095, VRBO 2003938, VRBO 2079101, VRBO 3623315.

Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with its own private 2.5-acre white sandy beach. Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The community offers a gulf front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second pool is located at the rear of the property adjacent to the clubhouse. This pool is heated seasonally and includes a hot tub. BBQ grills are located by clubhouse. The clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV and can be reserved. It has a dressing area and a fitness area. Bike rentals and ice machines are available.

Other amenities include: gated community, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season.

Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited.

All pets must be approved first. We accept a maximum of two dogs and no dog over 30 pounds. No cats or other animals allowed. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces.

Whether you like water activities, shopping, outdoor concerts, or just lying on the beach, there is plenty to do in Destin. Send us an email or give us a call to find out more. Area activities include: deep sea fishing, boat & wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, Gulfarium, water parks, bungee activities, go-cart racing, golf, Gold's Gym, Bass Pro, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Elgin Air Force Base, and tons of great restaurants.

Great location. Easy access to pools and ocean. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella available. Unit was nice. Too many plants and decorations taking up valuable counter/table space. Pots in the cabinet were dirty but washable. Would have liked a cutting board. Ground unit with wonderful walk out from living room and bedroom which was perfect for quick dog access. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect! The decor was warm and inviting. The appliances, kitchen tools, and dish selection were very nice as well. Lots of nice touches that make a stay comfortable (rugs at the side of the bed, afghans on couches, rugs in the bathroom). Outside furniture was comfy and we ate outside many times. Our condo was pet friendly and our Zoe loved the yard! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute perfection! Great property and location! It was great being able to take our fur baby and not have to worry about her. It was great the beach chairs and umbrella were included in our stay. Being on the ground floor was another bonus for us! Short easy walk to the beautiful beach. Restaurants very close to the condo. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra day. Owners quickly responded to every question. We will definitely be back to this location.

Location was wonderful. Loved the convenience of the first floor was amazing. A very short walk with the ramp to the private beach was lovely and the included beach set up was very nice. The front row of beach set up is for owners only, so get there early (before 7:30) to get a good spot. So many fun local things to do.

The condo was super clean, the hosts communicated and sent everything in a timely manner. The location was not very far from the beach, it was literally less than a 5 minute walk , private beach access is superb so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Food , and stores weren't too far from the unit. I'm super glad the beach service was included for this unit , I would definitely recommend staying here again!

Great vacation

My husband & I & our adult son had a great time. It is easy access to the ocean & 2 pools that were close. They were doing some painting & work on other condos but it didn’t affect us & we knew ahead of time. The only thing I would suggest is a larger TV in the 2nd bedroom. My son said it was like watching his iPad

Great Location

The property was good. The individual unit that I stayed in was the issue. There were more than a few roaches(German cockroaches) in the unit, mostly in the kitchen. I will say that the property manager did show concern and sent out the building's pest control two days later in attempt to get rid of the roaches. By this time it had already put a bit of a damper on our trip. After the exterminator spayed the unit we continued to see them. I do not want to sound like I'm bashing this property but, it was not a good feeling spending the amount that I spent to see roaches hours after check in. Other than the roaches everything else was great. I don't believe it can be called a infection but it was enough to be annoying. I really hope that the time is taking to truly address the issue. No one else should have to deal with that.

Toliet not working. I had to fix. Kitchen counters were dirty. Light bulb over bed flickered every day. Needs to be replaced.Patio was unusable. Had a welding truck parked next to patio that ran for 2 days. Had a pressure washer at front door that ran all day. Understand need for renovations but paying full price with these major inconveniences is reason for rating. Feel sorry for the next people that rent this unit. They are getting ready to install a structure next door which is more worker traffic. They tore down the fence right outside the patio for equipment and material delivery. This will be weeks worth of construction.

Family Beach Trip

Excellent property. We’ll book here again, if available. Everything was exactly as described, with quick, helpful communication from owners. Air blows cold! Water heats quickly. Beds very comfy! Parking was great and close to front door (max 50’ feet for our stay). Trash dumpsters are a short walk @ 100-150’. Short, simple walk to private beach, with 2 chairs and umbrella at no additional cost! Our stay was for 6 nights and without complaints!😁

Our condo was exactly as it was described..beautiful. So convenient and cozy. Definitely recommend staying here. Karen and Stephanie were great to deal with and very quick response. Can’t wait to book another trip here in the future and make more memories with my family.

Birthday trip

We come to Destin every two years and this was by far the best trip we have ever had. The condo was clean comfortable, and perfect for traveling with pets. The pet potty area is 10 steps from the door which made it convenient for late night potty breaks. The property also came with daily use of beach chairs for free. Make sure you tip your attendant. Great guy who always made sure we had a front spot. Every thing is near by.. Destin commons, outlet mall, restaurants and my absolute fave coffee spot Bad Ass coffee. I can’t say enough about this rental.. if you need extra beach chairs they are under the bed.. we found them last day
 I love this home away from home and already planning my trip back in September as a repeat.
