Summer vacation.

The manager and owner were so accommodating the day we arrived. There was a family crisis, and I needed to enter the property early in the morning on the day of arrival to store our belongings in the garage. They granted me permission to store our belongings and offered to help in any way. Our family truly appreciated their kindness. There were a few minor house issues that I addressed with Sandra upon our departure so that they could be taken care of before the next guests arrived. This is the 2nd year in this house. It met all of our needs as a family.

The space in this property was excellent for our family. As a cook, the kitchen pots and pans could be updated because they are showing a lot of wear, but they certainly did not detract from our overall experience.

Great place to stay!!

This was a very roomy house! Close to the pool and beach! Teens walked but it was to far to walk with little ones. Overall a great vacation spot for our group of 9 adults and 6 kids!! Easy to communicate with the host. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to eat meals and relax. The pool and beach are in walking distance but can be a bit long with bags and beach stuff. We rented 2 golf carts that made it easy! All of the beds were extremely comfortable!! The kitchen has everything you would need including a large refrigerator. Location was perfect, walking distance to coffee shop and Alvins. We had a great vacation in this home!!

Perfect Beach Vacay!

We had SUCH a wonderful time at Sandra's beach house!! The house was perfectly clean and amply big. We had four adults and seven children (ages 9-2) staying and everyone had a bed (and they had a pack n' play for the toddler!). There were TVs in every bedroom which the kids loved and loads of beach equipment to borrow (toys, umbrellas, chairs, a cart, and more!). Plus Sandra was EXTREMELY responsive from the very beginning. It was a pretty quick walk to the beach, though the area you walk to has the waterfront covered with umbrellas and chairs that you have to rent, so we ended up driving to the public beach access just a mile or so down. Still easy and a wonderful beach!! We also enjoyed the community pool in the afternoons - also easy to walk to and fun for all. I highly recommend this house and vacation - you'll love it!

Great location and great house

Awesome location and nice neighborhood. House is roomy and very clean. Beach is walkable, but we rented a golf cart due to having several young children. House is in a cul-de-sac so it did not have much traffic and children had plenty of room to ply without worry. Property manager quickly answered any questions we had.

Family Vacation

We had a large group for our family vacation and the house accommodated our needs. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. Parking is available at the pool. The house is beautiful. The owner is very easy to communicate with during your stay.

So clean and spacious!

So clean and spacious! This is a beautiful home, the pictures do not do it justice. It was much roomier than expected. We had a group of 14, and could not have asked for a better layout and bedroom set up. The entire house was immaculate! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were big and had everything we needed.

Great property!

We had a great experience staying at this property. Sandra’s house is immaculate, well-equipped and very spacious. We were in a quiet part of the neighborhood and we also had access to the beach and shops and restaurants nearby. In fact, the access to the beach was even closer than I thought it would be. We were fine letting our group of teens ages 13 to 15 walk to the pool and the beach on their own. We had everything we needed kitchen-wise and we even had a nice fire in the fire pit one night and made s’more’s! We made great memories with our kids on this trip and the comfortable house was a big part of that!

Amazing last minute booking

We had to change our vacation plans last minute from Ocean Isle Beach due to the hurricane. We were able to book this property with ease and Sandra was very quick to respond with the check-in details and any information we needed for our trip. The property was very spacious (larger than actual pictures) and we had plenty of room for our entire group. It was very clean and beautiful. Although it is close to the beach, we did rent a golf cart because after a day at the beach, the walk can feel pretty far when lugging everything back. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental. We had an amazing time vacationing at this beautiful beach!!

Sugar sand beaches for days!

The only reason I gave a lower score on the overall rating is due to the lack of a few essential items. We missed having a few things in the kitchen to cook with like a baking sheet. Towels were missing in several bathrooms and no dish towels or hand soap in any bathrooms or kitchen. The bunk room bathroom did not have hot water but our boys didn't care. WIFI barely worked and watching TV was difficult since it ran on internet. It would also be nice to have bikes for the guest or a golf cart. Even though the beach is close we needed to rent a golf cart for the week to carry all of our stuff back and forth. The house was clean and conveniently located close to restaurants and the Destin Harbor. The owner was very nice to help when we needed anything.

We will stay here again for sure. In a quiet gated neighborhood that is an easy 1 block walk to the beach. Plus a large community/private and gated pool right down the street. The house was lively with all items needed present in the home (kitchen ware, towels, clean linens and comfortable beds !! It was perfect and the property manager was so helpful and nice !!
