This luxury townhouse includes 3 floors of living space, large balconies on all levels to enjoy your oceanfront views, and master suites with a view that will take your breath away. This exquisite vacation home will give you a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for those seeking an unforgettable beach getaway

The space
Sea Esta #1 - is a newly remodeled 3-story townhome with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths & sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Sea Esta is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 2 master king bedrooms and a living room area overlooking the emerald blue waters!

Our unit is well-suited for family and friends wanting to enjoy the easy beach life. Reach out to book the adjacent townhome for extra large groups.
Across the 1st floor back porch, there are shared steps to 90 feet of private white sandy beaches. From March 1 to October 31 we have an amazing beach crew set up 4 chairs & 1 umbrella each morning for you to use. We have additional chairs and beach toys located under the building for our guests' use. Please borrow what you want.

This beachfront property is located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and a 5-10 min drive to Destin Commons or Grand Blvd for major shopping. Additional nearby activities include Big Kaunas Water Park, Crab Island, Boat & Jetski Rentals, Deep Sea Fishing, Baytown Wharf, Dolphin Tours, Beach Helicopter tours, and more fun things to do around town!!

The bottom floor deck does have a shared area of steps to get to the private beach. It will only be used by other guests in the townhomes, not used by the public. The private beach entrance is through a private front gate with a code or can be accessed through the bottom floor of bedroom #2.

First off this is a beautiful property in a great area. The decor and overall comfort of the property was above most.The owners were very responsive.My only negative, which would only be a minor inconvenience for some is the layout of the first level. It would not be a big deal for families with children but the only bathroom on the first floor was in the ocean front bedroom and not in a hallway. So in our case with adult couples we either had to enter the other couple’s bedroom in the middle of the night or we had to go upstairs to use the restroom. First world problems! It was not annoying enough to drop my 10 rating because everything else was amazing! I just wish it had shown that in the description. It said shared, and it is, but I never assumed it was located in a single bedroom.The owners are trying to change the verbiage with VRBO and they have been so wonderful to correspond with.I would rent this place again and I highly recommend it. Just understand the first floor and plan accordingly.We were able to walk to coffee, convenience store, Pompano Joe’s restaurant (very good) and there were other restaurants very close by.The beach service was great (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up every morning) and they had some floats to use. The water was so incredibly clear and beautiful. Sunrises and sunsets completed a wonderful vacation.Parking for 2 cars only but an overnight lot was about 1/2 mile away and cost 20(cash) or 30 (credit) per night.

Very Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

This is a very convenient beach condo. It is well equipped and well maintained, and it is close to groceries, food, coffee, etc. The beach is a tad bit packed, but to be expected for July in Florida, and great people watching.
