Majestic Sun 209A is a beautiful Gulf view vacation rental beach condo in Miramar Beach, located directly across from the beach & sleeps a total of 6. It offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas & the private balcony. Wake up & enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands & summer breeze from your private balcony with plenty of lounge chairs. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs & an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this stunning 1-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the beach or watch the HDTV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen features updated appliances & is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat 2 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The updated master king suite offers an 85" HDTV with a sound bar & private bath. This unit also provides a separate full bath with a walk-in shower & a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children. A laundry room with a washer & dryer is located in the unit for your convenience. This beautiful beach condo sleeps up to a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

Pro’s of the unit - very clean and was ready about an hour before checkin, The view is also very nice and it was nice to have chairs and a wagon for the beach. Con’s - the building is extremely noisy. Being next to the trash chute, you can hear everything go down. The kitchen supplies, while adequate, felt like a hodge lodge of old stuff no one wanted so it got put in the rental. The master bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were old and very thin. The overall value I would rate as ok. It was ok for a trip with kids but as an adult I would have like to see some of the details be a little nicer or intentional.

Wonderful Time

We had a great stay at this condo. It had all the beach stuff we needed. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room other than to sleep and shower. Beds were great. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook, I would say my only complaint is the everything stuck to the pans even with oil. We flew so we weren’t able to bring much so it did kind of stink that there wasn’t any salt or pepper in the kitchen. The property manager answered any questions I had. We would for sure stay here again!
