If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Miramar condo

Location is ideal for walking across the street to the beach and Whale's Tale restaurant. Beautifully decorated & clean condo with an ocean view from the front door. Cons: to exit or enter the grounds, you must drive all the way around to the other side and get access through the security guard gate, because the gate near the condo is for residents only. That was VERY inconvenient. It was quicker to walk than to drive all the way around the whole place each time, but who wants to walk everywhere they go?! The beds are very uncomfortable. The stairs to the top floor are dangerously steep.

Family beach week!!

Location is just about perfect and the condo is well stocked with towels and well kept and cleaned. Some critiques
Kitchen has no dry storage for food if you plan on cooking during your stay.Master bedroom is a loft (only three walls) and bathroom has a sliding barn style door, all which face open windows so privacy can be a concern. Beach equipment has about had it and needs to be updated as the cart doesn’t Rolland the chairs are rusted out and there are no surf toys left.All that said, it really is a nice place that is in a perfect location. We would stay there again!

Awesome location

The property location was great and overall fairly clean. At times it was hard to find any parking. Also there were lights that didn’t work and the temperature was not well circulated nor did it get cool enough.

Great place, easy walk to beach. Had everything we needed. Loved the beach decor was perfect and not over done. Was nice to have the extra ice maker. Didn’t use the pool but great place close to pool also. Will be returning.

Spring Break

Family of 5 stayed here for spring break. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and you can see the pool from the balcony. Condo unit is on the second floor with no elevator, so you must be able to carry all your luggage upstairs. Make sure you fill out the parking pass-they will ticket you if you don’t. Charcoal grill near condo by road (I asked RealJoy if they had a grill and was told that they didn’t). They also had a wagon and two chairs to use with some sand toys and beach umbrella (was told the unit didn’t have those items, but they did). Washer/dryer worked great. Bathrooms/balcony could use some hooks for towels and bathing suits. Bring your own hand soap, ziplock bags (not much leftover meal storage). Master bedroom is upstairs-stairs are not great for young children. Upstairs is a loft that is open to the living room. Very spacious master suite. Second story balcony was nice, slider screen was very difficult to open and close. None of the windows had screens so we didn’t open them. There was no dining table in the unit. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful week. Very comfortable place for a family.

Pleasant surprises

The pictures were very accurate, and the property was beautifully accented. We appreciated the short distance to the beach, the choice of pools, the walking pathway and the security of the location. Nice to be able to cook a few meals and also appreciate of two bathrooms and space for everyone to spread out. Host was accommodating and responded quickly to questions.
