Too many out of control kids and drunk people especially in the pools. Overprice lunches, crabby waiters, extra charges to death, housekeeping wouldn’t clean the ..even on regular requests.. very disappointed overall with resort .. if you want a free for all family getaway, this is your place!! This is a great property in that you don't have to leave the grounds if you don't want to. Friendly staff and attentive. If you do leave it is convenient to many activities and restaurants. One of my favorite places to stay.

We will definitely be returning. We traveled with our three young children. The hotel was very family friendly without feeling like a “kid” hotel. It had everything we needed for the kids and had the level of quality and service for the adults. We ended up spending the entire week on the property.

Love this resort, we've stayed here several times and every time its such an experience. The staff is friendly, they go out of their way to fulfill your needs during your stay. The spa is amazing, pool and beach service is great. The food service by the pool the best option during your stay. While the food service inside has a friendly staff the food is not the best. The breakfast buffet is not the best, the eggs, hashbrowns and sauage is typically undercooked and most of the time lukewarm at best. The bacon is good majority of the time. The lunch and dinner menu by the inside bar is ok, but most of the time you can tell the food is not fresh therefore making it way over priced. The pizza and sushi is the best option for inside food service. Plenty of dinner and restaurant options on the main roads. But regardless of the food service, I love this resort. Its like home away from home on the beach.

Spent an extra $170 a night for a beachfront room, which was not beachfront. The only “beachfront” rooms are labeled premium beachfront, not just “beachfront”. It’s tricky and the pictures of the rooms specifically don’t show you the view. Additionally, arrived at the property at 2:30; didn’t get a room assigned until almost 6pm. Their argument from the hotel was that check in starts at 4pm, customers shouldnt expect a room at that time. Many customers experienced the same problem while we were there. Property itself is excellent. Management of the property is quite poor and understaffed.
