Great location

Overall this was a great place to stay! Location was great. Very close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was always prompt. Beautiful property. Loved that each family that was with us had their own bathroom. Loved that there were two sets of washers and dryers. One on the first floor and one on the 3rd. Definitely came in handy to wash towels.Some negatives:-The floor seemed dirty/sandy upon arrival.-there’s A LOT of stair climbing. Which is on me as I should have researched that a little more prior to booking. But keep this in mind if you have any elderly in your group. We did not so it worked out but we were tired for sure! -the couch needs replaced. It’s very dirty and broken along the back of it. -bunk room is on the first floor and which is were the kids stayed. Was a little nerve wracking as it had a door leading to the back and easy access to the front door when all adults were in bedrooms on floors 2 and 3. Without a monitor you could not hear the kids from the other rooms. -they need to shampoo/clean the stools. These were also very dirty and stained. -the washers were moldy in the front and need cleaned badly. You could smell the mold. -the rugs need to go. Also dirty. Overall we had a great stay and really don’t want it to seem like these negatives impacted that at all. But also would have liked to see a review like this before booking.

My stay upon arrive

Upon arrival had to sit there for and hour before I got the host on the phone to get the code to get in. The home looked like it was nice. Went up the stairs there was the living room and kitchen. The kitchen chairs all of them were nasty as if they got them from outside. Went up the next set of stairs the last bedroom my 4 year old granddaughter touched the bed and itstarted shaking. My son came in and seen that it was broken. I called the next morning and reported the bed broken they came out to fix it within an hour. I stayed there from May 1-4 . They filed the claim like I did these damages which I didn’t do nor my family. It’s was already done and they blaming us
I don’t like it. That’s fraud!!

Great space for a family reunion

This was a fantastic space for our family group of ten to hang out for the week. We loved that the table was big enough for us to all eat together, and the living room space was a nice size as well. The beach was only a five minute walk and the unit had a wagon and some beach chairs and toys for use. The office staff were very kind and responded quickly when we needed to communicate about a couple of things. We let them know about a couple of minor issues with the microwave and fridge (that weren’t a big deal while we were there), and they said they would get right on it. The beds were ok, but pretty squeaky. May want to consider a pillow upgrade since they were fairly flat and thin. The only other main thing to note was that the hot water does not last super long. After one shower, the next people would have lukewarm and then tepid water. Even though there are four showers, I would not recommend using them simultaneously unless you are ok with tepid water
but maybe that feels good after a day on the beach! I would book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great overall pick

Great house located about 5 min walk from public beach access. Pretty rare to find a four bedroom, four bath house for this much, we were very pleased! Only a few things to note (neither good or bad, just for future renters): no spices at all, the extra bedding listed as being in the closets were just a few extra pillows, and no blankets other than what was on the beds in the entire house. Also, it seemed that the neighboring townhome is doing some renovations as of early May. It wasn't early in the morning or late at night and not much of a bother but something to be aware of, especially if traveling with infants/toddlers. We enjoyed our stay and I found the agency to be quick to respond to questions and answered calls quickly. Would recommend!

Great stay - family spot, good neighborhood, short walk to beach

Overall it was a great stay for our family. Couple of things we wanted to mention. Hot water seemed to run out quickly. The oven made the smoke alarms go off but we cleaned ourselves. Coffee table on main floor was broken when we got there.

Extended family get away

This is a very nice and updated townhouse that was perfect for our large group. Very nice kitchen with a large table and 10 chairs. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms all very nice. The wagon and 5 beach chairs were very nice , and their was also other water toys for use. We needed more blankets for the hide a bed, and some help getting a tv to work and they were very responsive coming out very quickly. The only negative for us was the pool wasn’t heated and when I asked about it they said the association doesn’t turn on the heat until March 15th. All in all a very nice place to house a large group, we had a great stay!

Nice Stay for Family of 12!

We were a little nervous about not being right on the beach with our large group and having little ones to contend with as well, but honestly, it was a very, very short two-minute walk. Grocery store was only a couple miles away. Pompano's was a three-minute walk away. Very convenient location!! The place was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room for us all to be together or go to our separate places for some quiet time. Our cons to the place were so minor and hardly worth mentioning, but do plan to bring trash bags, dish soap, and something to clean the counters with after meals. A dish pod, sponge, and one trash bag was provided to get us started, but that didn't last long with our crew. The knives provided were not sharp and challenging to cut even a tomato. The beds were a little hard and would squeak when you rolled over. Again, these were very minor things and certainly not a deterrent to book the place again. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Overall, the property was just as described. Upon arrival we found a broken coffee table which we immediately notified the manager about. We had to wash the mattress protector of the sofabed as there were crumbs on it. They left a set of sheets for the sofabed but no blankets. They responded within an hour but since it was late we asked them to deliver the next day which they did. Be prepared to purchase additional soap, toilet paper, etc as they only provide a starter amount but that was clearly communicated ahead of time. Some of the beds could use an upgraded bedframe. Great location within walking distance of the sandy white beach!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had an absolutely amazing time in Florida!! This property had everything we needed to accommodate 9 people
it was about a block and a half to the beach which was about a 5 minute walk! Wagon, beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Pool was nice to come back to after the beach! We will definitely be back!!
