Your vacation rental on the Emerald Coast should make you feel just as wonderful as you do when you relax on the crystalline sand and watch the emerald-green waves glitter under the hot, summer sun. The comfortable and architectural masterpiece known as the Majestic Sun does just that. Perched above the sugary landscape, resort guests have access to all things fun and coastal, which makes for a vacation to remember. Majestic Sun 504A is a beachside, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that can comfortably entertain up to six guests.

Guests enter the condo in the living room, where a queen-size sleeper sofa and two accent chairs face a TV and glass doors that open out onto a beachfront balcony. The balcony includes tables and chairs, and it easy to grab a drink and enjoy the salty air, ocean breezes, and incredible views. Back inside, a dining table for six sits on the other side of the living area. An open kitchen includes a bar with three additional stools, as well as ample cabinet space and cooking appliances for guest use.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, en-suite bath, and balcony access. The second room serves as a guest bedroom, and it includes a queen/XL twin bunk, a sunny window, and access to the full hall bath.

Not only does the Majestic Sun provide great living and sleeping space, it also offers guests an abundance of great amenities. A spacious sun deck, large pool, and bubbling hot tub overlook the pristine ribbon of beach and salty waves. The indoor pool connects to the outdoor pool, and also faces the stunning Gulf view. It boasts cathedral ceilings, wall-to-floor windows, and a climate-controlled environment. The resort features an on-site fitness center, as well. Of course, one of the best amenities of this fabulous vacation spot is its proximity to the beach. You can go from lounging on the sun deck to lounging on the beach in mere minutes!

The Majestic Sun’s convenient location places guests close to beachfront restaurants, delicious restaurants, wine outlets, grocery stores. Guests should check out the nearby Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard for more coastal fun.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
