Majestic Sun 608B is a sixth-floor condo with breathtaking Gulf views, cozy living space, and well-appointed sleeping accommodations. The condo has one bedroom and can entertain up to six guests. It’s the perfect rental unit for a couple’s getaway, family vacation, or trip with your bestie!

The great room of Majestic Sun 608B is cozy with a relaxed atmosphere. Beachy wood floors extend from the living area to the kitchen. Neutral tones and coastal accents add to the vibe. Florida sunshine filters through a sliding glass door and brightens the space. The glass door also leads to a breezy balcony overlooking the blue-green waves and crystal-white shores of the prettiest beach you’ll ever see. Furnished with comfortable chairs, you and your fellow guests will love spending time here watching the waves, enjoying the warm breezes, and sipping your favorite beach drinks. Back inside, the main living area includes a patterned armchair, a white wicker accent chair, and a dove-gray couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The casual seating ensemble centers around a hardwood drink table and faces a wall-mounted TV. An intimate dining table for four sits nearby. The modern kitchen has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a raised breakfast bar with saddle stool seating.

In the condo’s primary bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, wood furnishings, a sunny window, and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. A twin bunk nook in the hallway offers additional sleeping accommodations. The full hall bath doubles as a convenient powder room and includes a walk-in shower and a stacked washer and dryer.

Vacationers who stay at the Majestic Sun receive access to awesome vacation amenities. The first of these is immediate access to the beach; the white sands are literally across the street. This means you can walk there and feel the sand beneath your toes in under a minute! Another favorite amenity is the amazing indoor/outdoor pool. No matter the weather, you can enjoy a freshwater dip in paradise! A wall of windows ensures the indoor pool space remains sunny and bright, and an opening in the wall allows you to move back and forth as you please. Adjacent to this pool, you’ll find another outdoor pool and two hot tubs surrounded by a sundeck, palm trees, and lounge chairs. Other condo complex amenities include community BBQ grills, an exercise room with cardio machines, and tennis courts throughout Seascape Resort.

After spending some much-needed time in the sun at the beach and pool, be sure to check out the surrounding Miramar Beach area. The Whale’s Tail and Royal Palm Grille are two popular restaurants within walking distance of the property. As a guest, enjoy discounted rates at Seascape Resort golf and recreation rentals. A little further, you’ll find Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.
