You’ll enjoy the amenities at this top of the line complex that features an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. All units have unobstructed views of the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Majestic Sun is just a short walk to Whales Tale beachside Bar and Grill. Also enjoy the water activates offered on the beach (only during season). *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
