We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was absolutely adorable, very clean, and the view was fantastic. The walk to the beach was short and easy, which made it perfect for going back and forth with beach gear during the day. We also appreciated the option for early check-in for 60 — it was nice to be able to get settled in a little sooner.The only minor inconvenience was that the elevators in the parking garage were a bit hit or miss. At times they weren’t working, which isn’t ideal when you’re hauling luggage and beach gear.The biggest downside for us was the couch/pull-out sofa. It might work fine for kids, but as an adult it was extremely uncomfortable. My friend actually woke up sore and started dreading going to bed. If you’re planning for two couples and someone will need to use the pull-out, I would probably reconsider.That said, if it were just my husband and me using the main bed, I would absolutely stay here again. The condo itself was charming, the location was great, and we really did enjoy our trip.

It's very dirty. Pans pulled out we dirty with food on them. Silverware was put away really dirty. Shelves we dirty couldn't put anything on them. Furniture is terrible. Couch is dirty and the sleeper sofa part of the couch is hard so basically no where to sit.

Room was clean and location is great. The room is right by the elevator so there were a few loud nights that caused some sleeping issues. Outside of that the place was amazing.

A beautiful condo with all the comforts of home! We enjoyed our stay here for the week. A beautiful view of the gulf. The hosts were very quick to respomd to questions I had. Will stay here again!

This was a very nice property with nice amenities, but it was not insulated well and being located near the elevator was extremely noisy. Between the plumbing and elevator there was an excessive amount of noise. One improvement also would be to share more of the codes to get in and out of the property and for the fitness center. We were only given the code to our room and had to ask other guests for the codes.

This condo suited our 3 person party perfectly and could have worked for 4-5 people (presuming 2 were kids to use the hallway bunk beds).

It was as listed. Handy to elevators, short walk to the beach, in the middle of restaurants and shopping. We loved the beautiful view of the Gulf and beach from our balcony. Thanks for making our stay ai Miramar Beach an amazing experience.
