Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes in Miramar Beach/Destin area with 2.5 acres of beaches AND it's own private beach access. The community has 2 large pools (one that is heated), tennis and pickleball courts, doggie green-space, workout room, cornhole and basketball courts. Large walking paths for a nice stroll or jog along Scenic Gulf Drive. endless boutiques and shops await, golf nearby. It will quickly become everyone's favorite Gulf Coast getaway.

Our unit sleeps 7 comfortably with 1 king in master, 1 king in loft, a queen room and 1 twin futon. It has 2 bathrooms one off of the master and one attached to the loft. This unit is great for multiple families or a large family. It has a nice open floor plan and a large balcony off the living room.

Maravilla is walkable to restaurants and retail. The property includes:

The 3 bedrooms came in perfect for our family to visit during the 2 months we stayed. The location is absolutely fabulous. Heated pool & hot tub access as well as beach made this condo so enjoyable we can't wait to stay here again.

I’ve never rented a beach condo that was so well stocked to accommodate guests! There were so many board games, card games, books, DVDs, sand toys, beach equipment, air pump, ice chests, dog gate and collapsible pen, baby portable pack n play, 7 various portable fans, extra pillows/linens/comforters/throws, fully equipped kitchen from utensils to appliances they had it ALL! All available for us to use freely! I was truly shocked in the best way! When searching for the perfect place to vacation, you can’t ask for more than having to only pack your clothes & food, all other necessities are already there! This place is the definition of a diamond in the rough when you take into account all of that as well as the location, price, & overall quality of the condo itself! I never leaves reviews for ANYTHING, but this one was MANDATORY after such a win in my book!

The condo was as described. We enjoyed our week there very much. Only three of us so plenty of room. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Would definitely rate this property 5 stars. Our one complaint would be the sofa which was very uncomfortable. We definitely would recommend this property for your stay at the beach.

Home away from home!

We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.
