This tranquil retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious garage complete with hangout space and games. Miramar Palms is a small, quiet, neighborhood with just 10 homes on a private cul-de-sac featuring a community pool and is situated in close proximity to the beach and all of the fun activities that Miramar Beach/Destin have to offer!
This two-story home features an oversized 2-car garage, front patio with rocking chair and benches, private back patio with outdoor table and seating for 6, outdoor shower, and private side gate that leads you to the small community pool only steps away!
The living room offers comfortable seating with couch and chairs, 55` Samsung Smart TV loaded with apps. Fully appointed kitchen has oversized side-by-side Samsung Refrigerator, water and ice in door, bar seating with 4 stools, and kitchen table with seating for up to 6.
The Ground Floor Master bedroom and Master Bath with separate tub and shower & dual vanity takes up half of the downstairs space and will become your private oasis. Featuring a King-sized bed, two sitting chairs, desk, 43` Roku Smart TV, with windows, natural light, and views of your very own palm trees for days!
Guest Bedroom 2 is upstairs and features a King Bed with oversized private balcony. Complete with 40` Samsung Smart TV and walk-in closet.
Guest Bedroom 3 is a combination Queen Bed and Bunk Room with 3 bunk beds, with 40` Vizio Smart TV, fun wall decorations and `wave` night light. Large closet, bean bags, and drawers for storage.
