Quiet Surf Townhomes II #5 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Just steps to glistening snow white sand and the gorgeous emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-level townhome includes spectacular beach views, soothing Gulf sounds and unique décor.

A lovely mix of modern convenience with a rustic beach feel, this Quiet Surf townhome features a spacious beachfront deck and open floor plan. Bar height deck furniture allows unubstructed views and a location set directly on the dunes of the Gulf of Mexico will have everyone in your party beaming as bright as the Destin sun. The gulf front master bedroom features a full master bath, additional vanity area and Gulf views.

Located just east of the bend on scenic 98 on one of Destin’s most desirable beaches, Quiet Surf ll is close to everything you’ll need- several restaurants are within walking distance, two outdoor malls are five minutes in either direction, golf courses abound and grocery stores are at either end of the short stretch that is scenic 98.
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door cameras.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

A wonderful stay with a great view

My family and I traveled for spring break and we had a wonderful stay. This property felt like home. The easy check in and the property was cleaned. Not to mention the beautiful view from the deck that looked out to the beach. We had dinner on the deck on our lastnight stay. The added bonus was the easy accessibility to the beach.

Great location

We had a great stay at the townhouse. It was clean and spacious. The best part was the private beach literally behind us. It made our time at the beach so easy with kids. 10/10 would recommend.

This property is exactly as described and as the pictures shown! It’s actually prettier in person and has hands down the best postcard view on the beach ! The mattress are the most comfortable plush beds ever . The private beach with private security is hands down one of the best features so you can enjoy your vacation in peace . Property management has wonderful communication and exceeds customer service expectations. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way . Will rebook .

Perfect beach spot for family!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is incredible! The property was extremely clean. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 4 children ages 7-13). The kitchen is very well stocked. The one complaint we had was that we called ahead to ensure there was a grill and asked if it was gas or charcoal. The grill is a gas grill but the propane tank was empty. After making a special trip to get a new propane tank, the drip pan was completely full and the grill caught on fire for a minute, so we had to clean it. Other than that everything was amazing. We will definitely book this property again!

Great location, accommodation leaves something to be desired

The holiday home has a great location. We really liked the beachchair service. However, there were also several minus points: the parasol on the terrace was not repaired despite repeated requests and could not be used by us. We would also have liked clean windows, at least on the day of moving in, in order to be able to enjoy the great view from the inside. The furnishings are quite worn out, sofa and upholstered seats are stained. The kitchen is fully equipped but has also seen better days. A plus here for the well-functioning blender. Overall, the house scores above all because of its location.

Great place. Worth every penny. Wonderful view from back bedroom and living room. Great patio to lounge. Super easy walk to beach spot that’s already set up for you by 7am. Comfy beds. Places to eat within walking distance. Overall it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in the beach. And we go 1-2 times a summer.
