The main level welcomes you with a grand, inviting entry that sets the tone for a luxurious stay. Designed with both comfort and space in mind, the penthouse features two separate living areas, offering plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax. One of the spacious balconies extends directly from this level, creating the perfect setting for sun-soaked afternoons or evening unwinding. The location of this property is perfect.Incredible views, fun pools, and an easy walk across the street to a beautiful beach. The kitchen has all the appliances, pots, pans, glassware, dishes, and silverware you need to cook and serve for a large group (we had 14). And the property management team is proactive and very responsive when you reach out (even on a holiday). All in all, we highly recommend this property to anyone who is staying in Miramar Beach.

Loved it here. We had a few hiccups and they were fixed right away. The house was very clean!!

If you’re with a large group this house is perfect for you. The view is amazing. You definitely will love your stay here!

Perfect Family Getaway

The location was great, the condo was very spacious and as described. We love the ease of which we could get to and from the beach. The shops right downstairs, and the proximity to restaurants and things to do. Our only complaint is that the entire condo could use some updates and a good deep clean. When you’re paying what it costs to stay here a week, it’d be nce for it to be spotless!

Great Getaway!

We had such a great time staying in this very spacious and picturesque property. The size of the kitchen and living room were perfect for accommodating two large families (12 of us total) and there were plenty of beds and baths for everyone. The proximity to the beach was also a big bonus. We are grateful to have found this property and hope to use it again in the future.

This place was incredible. I would say that the condo looks even better in person! We were so happy with this setup for our family. Majestic Sun is located in a convenient spot directly overlooking the beach. The only downside is that you do have to cross the street to get to the sand, whereas some properties are right on the beach. There are two balconies with unobstructed ocean views. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. The beach cannot be beat - spacious white sand and turquoise water. The condominium complex has amenities such as tennis, basketball, and pickleball -- however, they are over half a mile walk away. BBQ grills are present but inconveniently located. The pool and hot tubs are very nice and convenient. The condo itself is very comfortable and spacious. The master suite was especially nice, and the walk in shower was luxurious. I read some complaints about water temp but we found the water pressure and temperature to be great. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, cookware, blender, and had more spices and supplies than were mentioned in the listing. There were plenty of bath towels but no beach towels. There were some beach toys but no beach chairs. Beach chairs and towels would be a nice perk. Overall wonderful stay - would stay again!

Absolute Paradise

My husband and I rented this penthouse for 8 nights and invited our three adult children to (19, 22 & 24) join us; each brought a friend. This penthouse was absolutely perfect in every way. It was plenty large enough; everyone had their own space and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The table was perfect for dinners and board games. Not one complaint and hope to go back.

Penthouse Paradise

We stayed with our family of 11 for Thanksgiving week at the Penthouse in Paradise. It was Paradise. The accommodations met our family's needs. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing. The pool for our grandkids was a hit as well. Hannah was our point of contact and very responsive to every question/email. We highly recommend adding this spot to your vacation list.

We loved the property...our only advice to improve stay at this property is getting another water tank. My husband owns a plumbing company and said the reason why we were all taking cold showers was because the tank is not large enough for your unit with as many people that need to shower there. I think that would make your guests so much happier as when we all had ro get ready water was definitely cold. Thanks for great communication.

Great location!

The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. My biggest complaint was that all of the bathrooms were in need of some repair. The showers in both upstairs bathrooms need work and the bathroom downstairs the door lock doesnt work and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The bunk bed room smelled like body odor the entire time we stayed. i felt sorry for my daughter who had to sleep in there.

Fabulous Views and Comfortable Stay

This property was perfect for 6 teens and 4 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out which worked well during a not so great weather week. The view was fabulous and the amenities inside the condo worked well for our large group. It was a short drive from some fabulous restaurants -- try Fat Clemenza's -- the grocery, gas and Baytowne Wharf. As far as the actual property, the pool is small for this sized property. The elevators are quick, parking is hit/miss based on when you come in and the only negative is the water to spray the sand off is inside the pool area. When the pool closes because of a storm or closes for the night at 10p and you're walking the beach after 10 or running in quick from a pop up storm, there's no spot to rinse your feet before getting into the condo. It would be nice if there was something outside the pool gate to do that but not a negative on the condo itself, only the property. Enjoyed our time, the beaches and made lots of memories!
