A Pink Pearl is a beautiful beach front 3BR/ 4BA home is located in the heart of Frangista Beach. From the moment you arrive, you will be taken in by the exquisite Gulf views and stunning décor. Not a single detail has been overlooked in the design of A Pink Pearl.

The first floor living area offers a wet bar, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and find an 8' x 14' Gulf-front pool and shaded dining area with a propane grill. Max pool depth is 5 feet.

The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with its professional grade Viking stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The guest room on this floor has a charming Romeo balcony, a large flat panel TV and king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and serves as a powder room for this floor.

The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms including the primary suite. Chill a bottle of champagne in the wet bar fridge and get ready to be dazzled by sunsets viewed from your private Gulf-front balcony with comfortable patio furnishings. The master bathroom has California closets, light cabinetry and granite countertops, a walk-in travertine shower and a soaking bathtub. Down the hallway is the third bedroom offering three twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

When you get ready to hit the beach, you’ll enjoy the convenience with your very own private walkway leading to the sugar white sands. Rather head to the pool? The Frangista Beach community pool is within walking distance and is heated during some of the cooler months.

The private residential elevator in this home can be made available. Please discuss necessity of use with us well in advance of your stay. Free beach setup service in season includes two chairs and one umbrella. A Pink Pearl is a truly comfortable home and is an all clean bedding participant.

Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and is a popular destination for vacationers. It is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna's Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

The private pool/spa can be heated (Available Oct-May) for an additional $75/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

NO WEDDINGS ALLOWED WHEN STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.

*The garage is not available for guest use. Guests are able to park 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
