This stunning beachfront retreat is located on the 9th floor of Gulfside and offers breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized balcony, new furnishings, washer/dryer, complimentary WIFI and all the amazing amenities that Hidden Dunes Resort has to offer!

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings, a SmartTV and access to an expansive balcony. The fully furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a delightful al fresco dining experience while taking in breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast.

The luxurious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, new wood flooring, a picture window with gulf views and private access to the gulf front balcony. Guests can also enjoy an ensuite primary bathroom with tub/shower combination and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds and offers new wood flooring and access to a hallway bath with tub/shower combination.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms, sauna and covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the beach! Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. *Parking: Only 2 vehicles are allowed each unit per Hidden Dunes Security.

Completely loved this place! The view of the beach was phenomenal, the furniture on the deck was comfortable. The condo came with an abundance of items: cooler, silverware, dishes, cooking pans, towels, ice, beach chairs. The condo stayed cool inside. Only complaints are in the second bedroom, the fan is a bit noisy when going, and there was a screen door that was off to the side, seemingly unable to be put on a track. The check in process was easy, security was very nice. It’s in a quiet location. Would 100% recommend and return to.

The condominium was very nice. A few improvements could be made regarding the air conditioning. It was inadequate. If you enjoy a sofa mattress you will like the main bedroom. The balcony furniture was very comfortable.

Great Condo! The description was very accurate. Great view from the 9th floor. The porch light is burnt out so when it gets dark it is not usable. Also the primary king bed mattress needs to be replaced. However overall great property.

Amenities were amazing. The beach was beautiful and such a quick walk from the condo. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies you could need. Restaurants were within walking distance on the beach. Very fun to stop and get a drink and appetizer and see the beautiful beach front.One of my children accidentally locked the pantry door. The host responded very quickly and had someone from maintenance come unlock the door promptly.Overrall, had an amazing experience.

The bed in the primary suite was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when staying away from home. The location was great too! Not in the middle of tourist chaos but close enough to head into Destin or Panama. Super close to the outlet mall as well as numerous restaurants. Building elevators were quick and the the propety has shopping carts & luggage carts to make bringing things up to your condo super easy. Parking was great too! I loved that there was an underground garage. Kept the car cool for the entire stay. The communication for check in & check out was great. Text messages leading up to the stay as well as before checkout for reminders. I would def recommend this property as well as using this booking agency. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great! The only thing negative was the parking garage…there were NUMEROUS parking spots blocked with cones limiting the parking spots available. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.
