3 bedroom townhouse just one block from the beach. Updated with flooring, paint, granite counter tops and appliances. 5 min walk from the beach with free access to the pool. Can it be any better? Come and check it out! As an added bonus, this home is pet-friendly for one dog up to 30 pounds, with a $250 refundable pet deposit (In case of any unresolved inconvenient, pets deposit will be used to but not limited to: stains, scratches, odors on carpet, hardwood, furniture, floor, walls, cover extra fees for cleaning services, shampooing, disinfecting, etc.)

Great spot close to the beach

My family stayed here for our first trip to the Destin area. It was a perfect spot! Quick walk to the beach and quiet at night. There were 8 of us and we all had comfortable beds and enough bathrooms. The beach chairs and wagon in the garage were very nice to use each day. The pool isn’t heated so it was chilly for our spring stay, but I’m sure it feels great in the summer months.

We were very happy dealing with Dina.She was an excellent host in all ways.

It was a very clean and well decorated place. My girl friend loved walking to the beach which wasn’t very far away. The grocery store and restaurants were very close as well. We would definitely like to come back sometime.

Close to the beach

This townhouse-style vacation house was in a very convenient location. 5 min walk to the beach, 5min drive to grocery stores and restaurants. There was a large dining table, large TV, board games, and comfortable beds. The area was quiet and safe. All of us and the dogs enjoyed the stay.

Cute Place

We booked a very last minute beach trip and were thankful to find this place. It was perfect for our quick getaway - spacious, well appointed, cute decor, comfortable, a short walk to the beach, and pet-friendly. Our kids really loved the bunk beds and having their own large room with a TV! We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella and having the wagon made our walks to the beach much easier and quicker! Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect!

The rental was perfect for the family including our pet. It had everything we needed and was close to everything in the area. Parking was easy with the garage to keep the car cool. The owner was quick to address our questions. Would highly recommend for your next trip to the beach.

Cute condo close to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfortable condo. Walk walk to the beach is about 5 to 10 minutes. There are many things close by like the surf hut restaurant, Alvins island store, grocery store and other restaurants. The updated bathrooms and the condo look great and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels and linens and lots of seating in the living room and dining room area.

Awesome stay

While the weather was not the best during our stay, the Beach House was an awesome home for a week. There are several highlights to mention, but the attention from the property manager during the stay was to me the most important. Dina checked in multiple times via email to ensure everything was working, if any additional supplies were needed, etc. Highlights: excellent management, close to the public access for Amalfi Coast beach (5 minute walk), clean, easily sleeps six adults, functional kitchen and outdoor grill, close to dining and shopping (3 minute drive). Lowlights: Outside of units could use a fresh coat of paint.
