Sandestin Resort - Your Second Home with Golf Cart

You will LOVE to stay here. New three seat golf cart (seats 6) comes FREE with rental for enjoying the beauty of Sandestin. Ride the golf cart to the beach, to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, to the Grand Boulevard in Sandestin which has a brand new movie theatre and great restaurants and shops, to the marina, to the many restaurants and shops in Sandestin, to the Publix grocery, or just enjoy riding around on property...or if you would like to ride bikes, we furnish FREE 4 adult and 2 children new bicycles. (Due to Sandestin's rules, a bicycle helmet is required for any child under the age of 16 so please bring with you.) A beautiful townhome villa - three bedroom, three bath, approximately 1750 square feet. Fully furnished and equipped, sleeps six to eight. In Bayou Village in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort overlooking Links Golf Course and with views across Choctawatchee Bay to the Sandestin Baytowne Marina.

This Non-Smoking townhome features a large screened-in patio downstairs with beautiful tile, and an upstairs deck off the master bedroom. The large master bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and full bath with double shower. The other spacious bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two extra long twins in the other. All bedrooms have SMART TVs. Washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, ice maker, Keurig coffee pot as well as regular Cuisinart coffee pot, iron and ironing board, hair dryers in every bathroom, queen sofa sleeper, ceiling fans, and FREE HIGH SPEED wireless internet.

*** We have a new VERY LARGE screen SMART TV in the living room with all new furniture.

Our wonderful townhome is close to all resort amenities and the beach. In addition to Sandestin's amenities, we provide (FREE): golf cart (seats 6) new bicycles (4 adult, 2 children), 4 scooters, boogie boards, skimmie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, beach mats, and lots of toys for the beach, and fishing rods and reels with tackle box. Enjoy fishing for trout just steps away in the well stocked fresh water lakes or salt water fishing in the bay.

Our host was wonderful. She is quick to reply when there are questions. The Villa is beautifully decorated. My grandchildren kept telling me it felt like home there. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach, Baytown wharf and the Grand Boulavard. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want and lots of toys, chairs, and umbrella to take to the beach. The grandkids loved having the bicycles to ride to the beach and the wharf. Best vacation ever!

Perfect location in Sandestin

We stayed in this wonderful condo at the end of July with our young adult children, and we had such a great vacation here. Perhaps most importantly, all of us agreed the beds are the most comfortable we've encountered at any lodging anywhere. All the furniture is comfortable and set up for lounging and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked, and decor is so fun. The screened-in porch is FABULOUS and overlooks a lovely greenspace, the sidewalk and small road, hole 13 of the Links course, and the bay in the distance. We loved cruising all over Sandestin on the golf cart, biking, fishing in the nearby ponds and bay, dining and playing and watching fireworks at the Wharf, playing pickleball, golfing, and floating in the ocean. You can take the golf cart through the tunnel under hwy 98 to easily access the beach, and we packed the provided beach chairs and toys (along with our cooler) onto the golf cart, making life easy. The beach is crowded in the summer, but not much different from other places. This condo is also perfectly situated near the main pool - an easy bike ride or golf cart ride. Two full baths and all three bedrooms are upstairs (with washer/dryer), and one full bath is downstairs. The owners were great with communicating and responding to any needs. We will be back as soon as we can!

Great place to stay in Sandestin

We enjoyed this place so much last year that we booked with them again this year. The location is perfect for staying at Sandestin. They have a golf cart to get you around to shopping, dining, the grocery store, the Wharf and the best, the beach. There are two pools you have access to that are clean and fun for the family. The condo has a screened in porch that we enjoyed and the rooms are all cozy for the stay. I hope to visit again!

Second time at this location in the last 12 months. We will book again for next years trip. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and never felt crowded. Lots of space, clean, and Judy is great to work with. The golf cart is a huge win, making it easy and convenient to get everywhere.

Had a great time. The home is much more spacious than the photos show. Screened in porch is great for late night relaxing. Golf Cart is a huge bonus; never had to use our car the whole week. Judy was a super responsive host. We enjoyed our time and the pools. Only thing I would recommend is a little larger 'Map' and perhaps a binder of local restaurants, things to do, etc. - The email prior to the stay was helpful, but it took a day of driving around in the golf cart to figure out where everything was, how to navigate, etc. -- All in all, it was great. Would definitely stay here again. Was perfect for our family of 5!

Excellent Location! Great Owners

This location was perfect for us. This was a beach/golf vacation. Three days of golf on three of the courses and 4 days of beach. Started off with concerns that it would be cut short - due to Hurrican Ian - but we never even had any rain. Bob and Judy are great to work with. The townhome is exactly as the described and worked well for us and another couple. We cooked in, grilled out, and ate out. The golf cart was a huge BONUS! We never use dour vehicle - except to leave :(. My suggestion to those who do frequent VRBO properties - is to make sure you bring: extra dish detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, trash bags, etc. Also there is a beach closet outside that is well stocked with items for the beach - including the brand new umbrella that was delivered the day we arrived. I recommend that you bring beach towels with you - as we did not see any with the unit. I have done some comparison shopping for our return to SanDestin in July 2023 - and can't find any other place that I would book - except with Judy and Bob again.

Family vacation

The location was perfect. Having the golf cart- we never drove our car while we were there. There was a brand new charcoal grill my husband used to cook delicious steaks. The back porch with the fans was perfect for drinking coffee and watching golfers. We can’t wait to return next year.
