The high ceilings in the living and dining room add to the spacious feel to these beautiful areas with a breathtaking view of Seascape Resort.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments on the large balcony that overlooks the golf course.  You can even enjoy a glass of wine from the wine cooler installed in the kitchen!  Our Happy Place will soon become Your Happy Place too.

We booked the townhouse as part of a concert package combined with a beach vacation. The event was great, and the beach is beautiful. The townhouse that we rented was very musty and run down. Ceilings and wall plaster peeling. Door jams and windows were grimy.

The condo itself was ok-ish. There is some peeling paint and some cracked grout that needs to be replaced and the balcony swing needs wd40. It's too far to walk to the beach. You can drive and park in beach parking but the lot is small and it's tight to turn around in. For not being close to the beach, you do get a gold course view and the best part was the birds in the trees. Great washer and dryer. Coffee pot needs an upgrade.
