Enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting of this Golf Course Villa that is just minutes away from the beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach!  The unit is completely updated with all new appliances including washer and dryer in unit.  It features two bedrooms with a king size bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom, plus a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The high ceilings in the living and dining room add to the spacious feel to these beautiful areas with a breathtaking view of Seascape Resort.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments on the large balcony. Just a 5 minute walk across Lake Stewart and you will find yourself at the beach - with your toes in the sand. There is onsite Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Dining, Swimming Pools, Water Sports, Arcade, Bike Rentals and the largest, pristine and privately – owned beach in the Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida area. The villa came with all we needed for the trip: towels, kitchen appliances, games.The resort the villa is in is so great. Centrally located to do much Miramar-beach has to offer. It does not actually have private beach access but it does have private parking close to the beach. Loved our time here. Would 100% stay again
