Perfect Location and Townhome!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the townhome and location! It is walking distance to everything in Baytowne Village and exactly what we were looking for! There were 6 of us that stayed over the holidays and we were very comfortable! Parking was not a problem like we had read on other reviews. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great Condo

All the units in Le Jardin are wonderful and this unit was no exception. The only issues we had with the unit was the air on the 2nd floor didn't work and there are no curtains on the french doors downstairs. These were minor issues to us and we still had a great time. One major issue is with Florida CFY not knowing about the Le Jardin parking area. One of the perks of staying in Le Jardin is that you have a dedicated parking area for owners and guests. This is our third time staying in Le Jardin and every other time we were given a parking code. This is very important because the Baytowne Wharf is a very popular area that gets very busy at night, and parking is very limited. I spoke with Florida CFY when I realized I didn't have a parking code and got nowhere. I was told I had to park in the public lot. I spoke with the Sandestin Resort and they told me I could only get the parking code through the booking agency, which in this case was Florida CFY. So I got nowhere with them as well. I was able to get it from one of our neighbors in Le Jardin which was very helpful. Bottom line, if you book a Le Jardin unit be sure to get a parking code.

Location great with a caveat

The location is great if and only if you do not plan on leaving the Wharf in your vehicle. If so, you may risk not having a parking spot. After returning from dinner it took circling the public parking garage for 45 mins to find a place to park. Le Jardin has a reserved parking area, however we did not have access for whatever reason. Another family in my group had access with their rental, but not us. The instructions on our arrival info stated we could park in public garage or on 2nd level. However, the second level is for other condo guests and restricted to key code or keycard access only. Overall the condo is great, but it’s a TOTAL NIGHTMARE to park, and a slap in the face to see the sign “reserved parking for Le Jardin” yet no access.

July 4th Disaster at Le Jardin #169

There were tons of people & golf carts for July 4th, 2022. We made the mistake of leaving Le Jardin community to visit family that live in Niceville. When we came back, there were hired men who told us that we could not enter the area. We told them that we were staying at Le Jardin. They told us to turn around. This was around 5:00 o'clock. So we turned around and parked outside of the area. We got a Traffic Citation by the Sandestin Owners Association, Inc. We ended up walking a couple of miles with the two(2) children(3 & 11). My grandson that is Eleven(11) is on the Autism Spectrum. We had to watch him closely because of the traffic. My son-in-law is an attorney. He told me to write to the Sandestin Owners Association Administration Office about contesting this citation. I can send you a copy if you would like to see it.

Great location and very clean. Only 2 things: the pine trees were to high which blocked the marina view - that was not a big deal. The biggest issue is the 2nd story was not properly A/C vented. The 2nd story stayed warm while the rest of the condo was cool. This made for an uncomfortable stay for some of the family. Overall I would recommend but get the ac checked

Wonderful location

Corner unit with great view of Bay. Quiet and only steps away from Baytowne wharf shops and restaurants. Parking can be a bit of an issue when there are events at the wharf and be prepared to walk your belongings to the property as there were no carts on arrival (there were carts on departure). Truly had everything you needed including bikes, beach chairs, pump fir bike tires air line was cut which was a shame. Stove top had an issue where the ignitor would click unless you turned on both front and back burners. Would certainly recommend. The location was just awesome. Thanks!
