Property was nice, surrounding neighborhoods were good. It was nice to have some events and activities on the campus. The problems we experienced included the codes not working for either the fitness center or the onsite swimming pool. We also had one night where the owner/guest parking lot was full. We attempted to contact both the owners and the property manager about the gym and pool access but never received any response.
Arrived to a room with dishes, dish soap etc but NO SINK! Broken Microwave (finally replaced on day 3) Freezer did not work(never even tried to fix) and BLACK MOLD on the ceiling (took three calls and two days for the to come bleach it off) left a hole in ceiling where black mold could still be seen up in there. Pool area was not clean. Chairs need to be pressure washed and water in hot tub had trash in it every time we went down there. Extended our stay an extra night but when we returned from the beach that day we couldnât get I. The room because code had been changed( poor communication) we have stayed other places in the village area and been please but this place was closer to the little town so we tried it out! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! Never so much as an Iâm Sorry for the problems etcâŠ.
Our overall impression of property was good but there was mold on the ceiling in one corner of the room, no plate in microwave for rotation, and the drain plug on tub was broke.

My family had a wonderful time at the Village of Baytown Wharf. The location was perfect and right at the entrance of all the shops and restaurants. So many activities for kids as well as fun for adults. Perfect weekend getaway! Crowds and waits can get long so try to make it a point to arrive for breakfast, lunch and dinner a little earlier.
