NOTICE - Please be advised that the pool is scheduled to be drained from November 3 through December 31, 2025 for renovation of the pool supporting structure. This may impact rentals as our heated pool is a popular amenity to many renters and owners. You may want to advise any existing/future rental inquiries regarding the pool unavailability during this time period. The hot tubs will not be affected. To complete this work, the south half of parking level B will also be unavailable, but this should not pose a problem during this time of year.
