BEST VACATION BALCONY VIEW EVER!! Sit on expansive balcony with access off of every room and watch the emerald waves from morning to sunset. Relax beachside and enjoy the sugar white sand and famous emerald green water of Destin. Sip a drink and order lunch from the poolside restaurant or beach tiki bar and grill while you enjoy an afternoon break on the oversized pool deck overlooking the gulf. Slip into the hot tub to really wind down. Located on 9th floor overlooking panoramic pool and gulf view. The location of my unit in the 07 stack (907) has one of the most desired views at Surfside plus the larger 2nd bedroom. TILE THROUGH OUT condo. FLAT SCREEN TV in living room to watch. FREE INTERNET. Fiber Optic Cable 100 Plus megabytes for multiple device streaming. Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Tennis Court & Pickle Ball Court to help you stay fit while on vacation. New propane & regular BBQ grills for a wonderful grilling experience be it steaks, burgers or seafood.

Surfside has one of Destin's few Out Door HEATED pools with a very large deck area including two hot tubs, separate kiddie pool. You can watch your teenage children swim at the pool from your 9th floor balcony. Surfside has 2-lighted tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball court, exercise facility, beauty salon and onsite massage spa. Golf course right next door. Unit is on the preferred poolside with fantastic Gulf View! Staying at our unit includes a free beach service set up of one large umbrella & 2 chairs during March 1 - October 31. This is a SAVINGS OF $55 A DAY!!

There is a balcony off every room with wonderful ocean views. Surfside has 24-hour security with all hallways inside the building leading to units. Approximately 1200 square feet. King-size master bedroom with has its own walk-in closet and private bath with WASHER & DRYER. The second bedroom has a two double full size beds and is next to bath off hallway. Living room has full size sleeper sofa for 2 and a recliner. Master bedroom also has a sofa to watch TV comfortably in addition to the living room area.

Eat in kitchen table or plus formal dining room table. Kitchen fully-equipped to cook a holiday meal. Extensive use of mirrors and plenty of natural light. Professionally decorated. Three TV's and two DVD's. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included March 1 - October 31stays.

From the very beginning, Sylvia was in touch with us to make sure everything was set for our stay. When traffic delayed our arrival, she made sure to have the parking passes in the room so we didn’t have to call after-hours. When we checked in, she checked to make sure we had made it and that we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect for my family of four’s winter getaway: the beach-front views, easy private access to the amenities, close proximity to shopping and attractions, a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. I’m so glad we chose this amazing place and would definitely book again!

There were many issues. Internet issues and air conditioning were problems throughout the stay. The owner was able to help immediately, but when it continued, we had to wait for maintenance to fix it. These issues, at least most of them, were actual building issues, and these need to be addressed as a whole with the company running the building. There was no water on Monday morning for the building, and a guest bathroom issue occurred with the cold water turning to scalding hot while showering. The issues were all handled immediately by the owner, except for the hot water issue, at no fault of the owner. It was disappointing to have to wait for maintenance and deal with any of the issues that a guest should not have to deal with during a vacation stay, no matter what time of year it is. We understand issues arise, however. The owner was awesome, but the issues were annoying.

Came down for an anniversary trip with my wife. Everything was just as advertised. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The master bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious so you arent on top of each other while getting ready. The furniture was very comfy. The balcony is quite large with amazing views of the gulf amd beach. The pool area is very large with a ton of lounge chairs and never got over crowded. Easy, private access to the beach as well. The free chairs and umbrella were a nice amenity. Any questions or concerns we had, Sylvia responded super quickly. Will deffinitly be back in the future. Would recommended 10/10.

This place was everything promised, and more!! My husband and I stayed with our 3 teenage girls for 4 nights, and would gladly have stayed longer! The view is amazing. The unit itself is wonderful. The accessibility to the beach, and shops, and restaurants, etc is ideal. Sylvia was a great host... she was available to answer questions throughout the process - from booking the unit to arrival, and throughout our time there. Her instructions were right on! We would definitely love to come back!

The condo is in a great location and easy to get to. The condo was a little dated some outlets look like they were falling out of the wall didn’t work, fire alarm hanging down, kind of yellow.. Beds were very comfortable. One hot tub was a cool bath. The other hot tub was hot but no jets were working on either. Washer and dryer were great overall was very nice and clean. Sylvia was very easy to work with!

Home away from home

We greatly enjoyed our stay:) The bed was comfortable, and the sunsets were amazing! We especially enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the mornings and watching the waves roll in. The beach bar is a nice touch, you can watch sports and order food/drinks without leaving the beach. Our host Sylvia was attentive, easy to contact and quick to reply. We also loved the location, we could drive or walk to the grocery, starbucks, shopping, restaurants, etc in 5-10 minutes. We will stay here again.

Surfside beach vacay!

Had an amazing stay here at Surfside with my family of 7. Master bed was super comfortable. View of the ocean is beautiful! You can also see the pool area in case you want to check on your family while you’re in the condo. We didn’t cook much but there is everything you need if you want to.Safe access to the beach with bridge. The condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable & safe. Sylvia was very attentive & quick to respond for everything. We will definitely stay here again!
