Located on the south side of Sandestin Resort in the Beachwalk community, it is considered to be a very laid back neighborhood where you can enjoy sitting out either on the front courtyard or in back on the spacious patio with a view of a very nice lake enjoying your favorite cocktail. For the fourth of July and sometimes on New Year's Eve, you and your guests can relax and watch the fireworks displays from the Sandestin® Hilton– all from the comfort and convenience of your own patio! The beach is just a short but beautiful walk away or take the tram.

This spacious three bedroom/three bath unit has lots of room for a family to enjoy as shown in the pictures. The master bedroom features a king size bed and views of the lake from the windows. An en-suite beautiful bathroom, with double vanity sink, and walk-in shower.The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has a lake view to enjoy. It also has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.The third bedroom has a set of twin beds with a sliding glass door to the courtyard. A full bathroom with tub/shower is dedicated to this bedroom.

The luxury kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets, & granite countertops and complementing backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee pot, as well as a regular coffee pot.

A short walk out of the front door and to the left will take you to the pool that can be seen from the back patio.
