Absolutely the most beautiful villa in Bayou Village with a brand new 6-seat GOLF CART included! Located at Sandestin Resort, this stunning residence has undergone a complete renovation with custom finishes and tasteful furnishings that reflect the colors of the sea. “Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this residence.

Our gourmet kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for eight guests. For the chef in the family, there is an outdoor barbeque grill. The sunken family room is comfortable and inviting! There is a plush and comfortable seating area, along with a 65" HDTV, upgraded HD cable service and WiFi. For a truly relaxing afternoon, spend some time outside on the screened porch, with new patio furniture and take in a remarkable lake and golf course view.

The sunken master bedroom suite offers a king bed with fine linens, an HD television, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private patio just outside the master suite. The master bathroom is designed with an oversize walk in shower, custom tile design, and plenty of granite countertop space.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with fresh linens and an HD television. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination and a vanity with a granite countertop. The 3rd bedroom offers a set of twin over twin bunk beds.
There is a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board set up.

The location of this property makes it extra perfect! Bayou Village overlooks a scenic pond and offers a view of Choctawhatchee Bay, the Marina, and the Wharf. This is a wonderful spot to watch the fireworks show! There are two swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at Bayou Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We enjoyed the location and the rental very much. Our only issue was with the property management. They wouldn't give us the actual address of the property until the day of arrival, so we had to drive to Destin without a direct address. Also upon arrival the cleaning crew didn't do a very good job of preparing the rental and we ended up cleaning some things ourselves. I contacted the owner and the property management contacted me. Overall I would still recommend staying here. The location is great and the rental is updated.

Family Vacation

The condo was good, very comfortable, spacious and the kitchen offered enough for me to complete simple dinners and breakfast. The only reason I gave an overall rating of 3 is the condo does not have any blinds or blackout curtains. There are thin, linen curtains in the bedrooms, we were awake each morning by 6 am due to the bright sun shining in. Also, due to the thin curtains, I could see people outside, so I’m pretty sure they could see me. I would encourage the owner to consider installing blinds and blackout curtains for privacy and to block the morning sun light. It rained often during our trip. We used the games supplied by the owner. The laundry room was nice,’plenty of space. Another plus I don’t find often was the amount of clothes hangers in the closets and laundry room. We loved having the golf cart, a nice add. Then , this was our first time to Sandestin, we enjoyed the amenities very much.

Great vacation spot!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect set up for us and our 3 children. We loved having the golf cart to go to the beach and the pool. The screened in porch was a very nice feature too. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was perfect. Close to fresh and saltwater fishing, near several pools, and easy to get to shopping thanks to the golf cart. We had a few issues upon arrival but they were corrected that within 24 hours which we so appreciated. We would stay again based on our resort experience and the beach vibes the condo gives!

WONDERFUL beach stay!

We loved this property! The renovations are immaculate and gorgeous. The community is sweet and quiet. Our girls loved having the golf cart to head to the beach, The Wharf, Publix, you name it! We've never stayed off the waterfront before, but I really loved this location! Would love to come again!

Bayou Village Beach Villa

We had a great time! The house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked, and the golf cart was an excellent addition. We chose this option over others due to the provided golf cart. It made getting around the property so much easier. We have zero complaints about our experience and look forward to our next stay!

Perfect for our family stay. Just the right size with all the amenities we needed. The only complaint is the dryer took FOREVER to dry our clothes eventually it did dry but for a small load upwards of 2 hours .

It was very nice and clean. We enjoyed it so much. Three issues would be: 1. the dryer does not work well. It takes hours to dry. 2. the vent fan in the bathroom sounds like it is about to fall out or quit. 3. The grill does not start. There was not a way to light it as the auto light did not work and there were no matches or fire stick. Other than that, it was great

We absolutely loved this property. The decor was beautiful and inviting. Loved the upgraded kitchen. The only complaint or unpleasant experience was a few insects that entered the property and it was probably because of the closeness to the pond. Additional spraying may prevent entry in the property.

Great stay

We stayed here over spring break. We arrived and everything was immaculate. It was just like the pictures and we had the best stay with our little family. The only issue we ran into was a little hiccup with the golf cart. It was not holding a charge and died twice on us. After looking at the outside outlet we just had to reset it and it worked after that. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Loved everything about the place, golf cart, baytown warf. Beautiful place to vacation at. Only downfall was the parking. We were in the middle and the parking is very limited and we only had one vehicle.

This was one of the cleanest, freshest, newest VRBOs I have stayed at in this location. The area has been around for a while and it was obvious this unit had been renovated. Was very clean and had everything we needed in a great location! Will be staying there again!

Family Vacation/Baseball Trip

The house was so beautiful and updated nicely. Loved the layout and location. The golf cart is a must! The fireworks were a extra treat! We enjoyed cooking every night. Also plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys to borrow! (We even left ours for extra) Will plan to be back! Also LOVED the instant hot water for showers!
