The house was the perfect size for our group of family and friends. The kitchen is nicely laid out for a large party to cook in and eat together. The living room comfortably fit everyone after a long day of hanging out at the beach. I would rent this house again.

Highly recommend the house and the host. We encounter a few issues and the host responded immediately, even sending out a technician to fix the air conditioning unit after 9 pm on a Sunday night. The house was more than we expected and the perfect place for our family to connect and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a few minor issues with cleanliness and the pool alarm, but property management addressed everything quickly once we reported it. We would highly recommend staying at this house!

Perfect for a large group

Property is everything you need for a large group. Dining table that fit everyone at once. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful, truly even better than the photos. The property management team was very prompt in addressing any questions or concerns we had. My recommendation would be for the cleaning team to incorporate a scheduled deep cleaning in addition to the standard surface clean. Details like baseboards and shelves become noticeable once dust and dirt begin to form. Also, for future guests, offering complimentary pool heating during cooler months would make the stay even more enjoyable without an added expense.

This was a great property! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and places to hang out. The washer, dryer, dishwasher and appliances were great. The kids loved the “dance party” lights in the pool. The only downside was that the triple bunk beds are HIGH! A little too high for some of the smaller members of our group but you could totally put a teen up there.

Pros: Large open kitchen, dining, and living room was great for big family. Lots of large windows and natural light! The major bedrooms were well sized and lots of nice bathrooms! Majority of upscale finishes throughout the house! Double dishwashers, microwaves, multiple ovens. Nice sitting area on the roof. Accessible beach access with a short walk. Nice to have a golf cart and bikes! Cons: had issues with the hot tub through out most of the stay. The communication from the property management was mostly quick to respond, occasionally inconsistent. The maintenance vendor they used wasn’t easily available—reported an issue one day around dinner and was told they could come the next morning but they ended up being tied up the next day 45 mins away and they eventually said they couldn’t fix it until after our stay. Some signs of wear and tear around the house. Living room couches a little loved. One of the sinks upstairs had a minor leak underneath. One of the pull out trash bins on the first floor was out of its tracks and needs fixed. Some minor stains on mostly white/beige furniture and throw pillows. No barware/cocktail shakers although had plenty of different bar glasses. One of the ice machines downstairs was broken so there was a countertop one in place. Some of the bedrooms lack enough curtains so it gets sunny in there. Need some more large pots and pans in the kitchen! Grill area and vent needs deep cleaned!
