Welcome to "The Sweet Spot": Family-Friendly, Walkable, and Fully Equipped.
Located just a 6-minute flat walk from the beach and Pompano Joe’s, this spacious townhome is designed for families who want the convenience of a hotel with the comforts of home. Unlike many rentals, every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, ensuring total privacy for adults and parents.

​With two pools (one heated seasonally), beach gear for the beach, an ice cream maker & snow cone maker, an arcade machine and a fully stocked kitchen, this is your headquarters for a stress-free beach vacation.

​THE LOCATION
​Beach Access: 6-minute walk (Beach gear included!)
​Dining: 6-minute walk to Pompano Joe’s. Other restaurants only a few minutes drive away.
​Shopping: 5-minute drive to grocery stores and outlets.

​SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8)
​Primary Suite (Upstairs): King Bed, private ensuite bathroom, large closet, Smart 55 in TV, and private balcony for morning coffee. Skylight lets in natural light (not directly over the bed).
​Guest Suite (Upstairs): Queen Bed + Twin Bunk Beds, private ensuite bathroom, Smart TV. Perfect for a second couple or kids. Skylight lets in natural light not directly over the bed. (The large closet is locked with our cleaning supplies but the smaller closet is available).
​Living Area (Downstairs): Queen Sleeper Sofa with memory foam topper for added comfort. 65in Smart TV with sound bar.
​Note: A half-bath is located downstairs for convenience.

My husband and I took 2 of our adults sons on a fall trip to Miramar Beach. One of the attractions of the condo was the 2.5 baths. This came in very handy! Close to walk, or drive, to many area attractions. Beds were great, clean space, AWESOME TV options for the evenings, ample kitchen supplies and space, and not to mention the ICE CREAM machine!! Great host communication, and small added touches in the condo that were very nice (options for coffee, creamer, tea, and ice cream toppings).

Delightful Townhouse Condo A

We spent a week at this "Sweet Spot at Miramar Beach with it's great location near to beach and many amenities!A pleasure to communicate with Josiah our host and gain much in details and help.Great communication even before our arrival and during.The "Sweet Spot" townhouse is very roomy, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed several early evenings sitting out on the upper balcony with refreshments surrounded by the many palm trees basking in the warm evening sun.The private patio, gas grill and outdoor furnishings were a plus for us as well. Weather cooking up some local seafood or other dishes we enjoyed it all.The provided washer and dryer were a welcome addition to cut down some on travel clothing.This location in the Miramar Beach area is great a centrally located to most of the many local restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Some, like us, will appreciate a visit to Destin Commons shopping and even the Grand Boulevard and Premium Outlets and picking up some items that are unique to the Florida coast. Also, walking trough these venues was a pleasant way to get some exercise with out sand in ones shoes. There is even a 14 theater cinema should the weather turn rainy a day and provide entertainment for the family.But back to the "Sweet Spot" townhouse . . . rest assured, you will enjoy the experience, two parking places right out front, ease of access to the main 98 roadway without the congested parking the seems prevalent at many resorts and rentals.
