The Crescent 409 is a beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo that accommodates up to six guests. The open-concept space is filled with natural light and features coastal decor, making it a serene and cozy retreat. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, which overlooks the pool and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up family meals, with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar for light snacks. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. We love the Crescent but didn't have a great experience with this particular unit. It wasn't very clean, two of the three TVs didn't work, and we were missing duvets upon arrival. The front desk was not helpful, but I finally got a discount once I connected with the property manager.

Best place on the beach!

The condo was very large and had everything that we needed. It had a Keurig coffee station with single and whole pot coffee. It took the round filters. It does NOT have a hair dryer. I had to buy one. It is right in the center of the fourth floor with great views of the ocean and property. We have been staying at the Crescent for 30 years and they have maintained their property and landscaping well. The pool is the best in Destin!

Magic in Miramar

The Crescent proved to be a wonderful place for our family to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Miramar along with the first class amenities of the resort. Not to mention the central location, close to great shopping and great restaurants. It exceeded our expectations in every way.
