Our home at 179 Miami St is in the Frangista Beach neighborhood, just steps from the private beach access and close to great spots for food and drinks. There’s plenty to do right nearby, and even more shopping and dining just a short drive away.

Zula Breeze has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an amazing fully fenced outdoor space with private pool/hot tub!

We are pet friendly! Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee (per pet). If you plan to bring more than 5, contact us.

For a great night’s sleep, we’ve furnished every bed with luxury memory-foam mattresses.

Kitchen & Living area:

Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect to prepare yummy meals with a large dining table (seats 12) and kitchen bar area.

Large living room with a 65” Smart TV and sound system and an arcade game machine.

Also available:

- Super High-Speed internet with mesh network WiFi 6 that even extends into the yard.

- Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided).

- Gas grill for great cookouts (connected to natural gas for endless BBQing, no gas tank needed).

- Seating area with a wood fire pit (wood is not provided but available from near by stores.)

Please note:
We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed (small gatherings OK).

We have a beach cart (wagon), beach chairs, umbrella and other beach stuff for you to use free of charge.

Spa can be heated per your request for $50/day Full stay only). It's paid separately after you book.

You can walk or bike safely in the neighborhood. Car is recommended. You can also rent a street legal golf cart that is great to get around the area and to the beach.

Optional pool/swim spa heating:
Pool/swim spa can be heated per your request with additional fee: heating is $50/night (full stay only).

Pets are welcome:
Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150/per pet pet fee (6 pets max)

Great clean place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We walked to the beach with no issues. It was a reasonable distance. We loved the location and privacy. The only complaint I have is the mattresses were a little too stiff for our liking. We slept in the first bedroom on the right. The kids slept in the last room on the right and they said their mattresses were a little stiff as well. My in-laws slept in the first room on the left and they said their bed was fine. We would definitely consider staying in the home again.

Walkable distance to beautiful beach!

The property was excellent and we enjoyed the stay with kids ranging from 8yrs - 18yrs. The location was perfect to walk to the beach. Everything was good except that the cleaners missed few spots from the previous stay.

Perfect for large groups

The house was spacious and clean. Anytime I communicated with the hosts I was met with a near immediate response. They were super helpful and communicative. The house had more than enough room for my wedding party of 12. They provided everything we could need. There was an abundance of beach supplies and a wagon. We had a group of 7 go lay out on the beach and everyone had a chair plus there were 2 umbrellas. They had lots of chairs to use on the back deck and at the fire pit. The pool was awesome and a highlight of our stay! The heating feature was definitely worth it for the cool nights. My only regret was not getting to stay longer. We will definitely be back!

Great stay for young adults!

Had such a great stay, heating the pool for the full 7 days was our favorite part (in case of any bad weather). Had a big group stay and everything was super spacious. Hosts replied with immediate notice, if anything was needed. Definitely will come back if ever in the Destin area!

This Host cares about the guest experience!

Pro: AC works great, High-end overstocked kitchen with glass or Corel, not plastic. Nice sink fixtures, shower wand in a new showers with anti slip tubs. Beds are memory foam, firm and we both slept very well. Lots of pillows. The little pool spa stays at 86 degrees then heats up warmer at the push of a button. Fenced in back yard. Jan 2023, the road was super quiet. Able to watch live TV in every room and the back deck. New high end windows. Plenty of white towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Even had 5 trash bags for us to use. Excellent communication. House floor plan is excellent for a large group. So many extras. My faith in short term rentals is restored. We would rent from this host again because it is clear this host cares about the whole experience. We will be looking into the other properties they host. AND THANK YOU for making our short vacation special. Swimming in the warm pool everyday really helped my back! Super great jets! Just Thank you for being an excellent host. There was a little sand I noticed after we ran in and out, on my feet but the house was clean. No fragrances to cover any odor, just clean. And the back room was quiet even with TV going in the living room.

Zula Breeze Spring Break

The hosts were very welcoming and understanding especially since my group was on the younger side and that’s something others stray from. The property itself was better than pictured and was the perfect size for my group of 18. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking an easy experience. They also were very quick in response time. Check in & Check out were also easy processes especially since there is a handbook with a check list of all that needed to be done. Overall we had the best experience at Zula Breeze and would definitely book again!

The property was amazing everything was as the owner said. We arrived and the house was spotless everything was beautiful only had one issue with outside television contacted owner and response time was automatic the issue fixed itself before the night was out but owner was ready to send his repair man out first light.Would recommend Zulu Breeze to all friends, family, and anyone intrested in visiting Destin, Fla.

We were at the RV resort nearby and our water heater busted a leak. We were in a bind with two youngsters and our dog. The owners were quick to help and accommodating. Super friendly, helpful, and the property was exactly how described. Thank you!!!

The largest reasoning for this overall score was the lack of cleanliness of the property upon arrival. The house looked clean but after inspection/light cleaning of floor (did because we have crawling baby) we noticed that the floors were very dirty. With this issue we then inspected other areas and noticed towels that had hair and/or appeared dirty as well. With COVID and the dirty areas we already found, we were very concerned about what else wasn’t really clean so we ended up spending our first night cleaning the main areas of the property we were going to use. We did talk to the property owners and they were very apologetic/accommodating to make the issues right but in the end the expectation from us as paying customers would be that all this is handled before hand. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, the house is spacious and can accommodate large groups (might be better suited for younger adult groups than large families), the house had all the kitchen items you will need to cook instead of eating out every meal, house was in a really good location as it is tucked back into the neighborhood so not on the main street but also within easy walking distance to the beach. The best part of the rental was the backyard swim spa which was perfect for the cooler weather during our trip. The backyard is a good space to have a dog, though just make sure you have a way to clean them off because the backyard is mostly sand. Overall we had a good time at this rental, with the only real issue being what was mentioned above putting a bit of a damper on the beginning of our vacation.
