Charming & Historic Babs Condo- On Hip Strip & Walking Distance to Downtown!

The Babs Building was built in 1905 and has housed many of Missoula's colorful characters over the years. More recently, the building was completely updated into luxurious condos that provide it's occupants with immediate proximity to Missoula's downtown area. Unit 7 is recently remodeled and immaculate. The original wood floors were refinished and remain but everything else was tastefully redone in a manner that compliments the building's era of construction.

Unit 7 is a well furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 630 square foot space within walking distance of everything Missoula has to offer. The unit has a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living room with sleeper couch for extra guests, cable TV, wifi, and is one of the best locations in town. A washer and dryer are in the unit for additional convenience. Located on the Hip Strip, restaurants, coffee, and a brewery are steps away and downtown Missoula is less than a 5 minute walk. The University of Montana is only a 10 minute walk, making Unit 7 the perfect place to stay if you are visiting a student or cheering for the Grizzlies.

Cute place, great location

This condo was roomer than I was expecting. Cozy place to relax in the cold winter months and conveniently located to walk where you need to when you want to get out. I wish we would’ve had more time to use the common room downstairs.

Comfortable and great location

The property was an old historic building that had been renovated. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shops, and more. We are in our 70’s. We knew it was on 2nd floor with stairs but should have clarified. There were 3 flights— 1 to the 1st floor entrance , 2 to 2nd floor. Wife wears oxygen and a brace on knee. It was difficult to climb for her and get heavy luggage upstairs. No elevator. Also, street parking only. Very busy area. Often hard to find space close. Had to park 1 block on occasion. Hosts were very gracious to extend our unexpected longer stay.

Perfect place to stay to drop our daughter off at UMT

Comfortable, clean and wonderful location. (We went inner tubing down the river, with the meeting point right near the place.) We, definitely, will stay here next time we are in town to visit our daughter, who attends college there.

We were there during a heatwave and smokey conditions so the AC was needed but very loud. It got quite warm in the bedroom but the box fan helped. We really liked the property and would consider staying there again. Nice location, walking distance to downtown.

Splendid Getaway!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Bab's Condo #7 very much! The location was excellent. Restaurants, shopping, and a path along the river were steps away. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and very cute! I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer available during our stay. I would stay here again for sure!

Check in was easy. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and appliances were top grade. Although the bathroom was small and retro, it was adequate. It was nice to have two bakeries within walking distance. A lovely walk across the bridge puts you in the center of Missoula activity.
