Come enjoy Montana's natural beauty from the comfort of our newly-built, well-appointed townhome located within easy walking distance to downtown Missoula. It is the ideal base camp for a visit to the city of Missoula, or for your peaceful outdoors getaway.

The light-filled townhome has everything you need and more, with an open-concept, upscale gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room, a cozy private deck, a private downstairs family room, and laundry area. It is extremely well-stocked for cooking and lounging, with luxury, high-quality finishes: concrete counter tops, rough hewn lumber stairs and accent walls, stainless steel appliances, and solid wood shelving, with a clean, neoWestern vibe.

Enjoy your views of the hills, mountains, trees, and a park with a playground across the street.

Whether you are coming to explore Montana's many outdoor recreational opportunities, including rafting, fly-fishing, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, camping, skiing, or hunting, or just coming to explore beautiful and bustling Missoula, with local stores and restaurants just a few steps away, you can count on returning to this spacious townhome at the end of the day.

Our home away from home has a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a queen bed and two small children's sleeping pads in the elevated children's nook off the other upstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, and a fold-out couch in the downstairs family room (privacy curtain slides across door).

Private one-car off-street parking included, although nearby on-street parking is generally easy to find.

Ductless AC is in every bedroom and in both common rooms.

Both TVs are smart TVs, with internet-streaming services included, but no cable. We include Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, and Apple TV subscription services.

Well appointed place in a convenient location close to downtown. We stayed for five nights - Sunday through Friday- and enjoyed the layout which was good for visiting among friends in the kitchen/living area. Our experience was that trains in the adjacent rail yard are pulling in and out at all hours (as early as 3 am) and the resulting “rolling thunder” can be quite loud and woke us up several times. I’d stay again but our group agreed we would definitely bring ear plugs next time.

Tried to leave the apartment somewhat clean. The dishes were done. But couldn’t find any other instructions from the host. Stripped most of the beds did not take out the garbage. I had a great couple of days and two nights. Thank you.

The place is so well appointed, clean, modern. Its also walking distance to a coffee shop and brewery. However, its not the safest neighborhood and is also right next to a train station. The insulation in the place is really strong, but if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the trains in the early am.

Great place! Great location!

Came with friends to go to a couple concerts. This is a great property!!! Very nice, lots of room, great location. It’s an easy walk to downtown. And located is really quiet. One couple are early risers. We were on the lower level and never heard them moving around or talking. Communication with the owner was effortless. Very quick replies. We will definitely stay again when coming with friend.

Nice space

We spent one night on the way to a ranch. We had 4 adults and one toddler. Plenty of space and good soundproofing. Close to a nice brewery, grocery store and coffee shop. All walking distance. Would recommend.

Beautiful and convenient

We were in town for a concert at Kettlehouse. This was an ideal location. Easy on/off the highway. Close to a great brewery. The place was new and clean. It was well equipped and was perfect for 6 adults. Plenty of comfy beds. Highly recommended!
