The room had a large divot gouged into the sink counter, there was loose grout between floor tiles, and mold in the bathroom.

Our room had not been cleaned properly, upon arrival we noted that one bed was made up with already used bedding. There were signs of a pet being on one bed with a large mud stain in addition to fur on both the bedding and the pillows. Additionally, the heat in the room did not work. We were here during a weekend, where the outside temperature outside was approximately 12° Fahrenheit. We made staff and manager of the hotel aware of this, and they failed to make any corrections. The hotel is generally rundown, dirty, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. We will not be back!

The place was full because of hunting season but the breakfast area was always well stocked and never ran out of food. Great service and very clean. The lobby was spacious and allowed for visiting with the hunters from all over the US.

Room did not have a light fixture, only bulbs, in the bathroom. The light fixture in the room was held together with tape. There wasn’t any pictures on the wall. We did not receive enough wash rags and had to go to the front desk to get them. My wife saw a mouse in the hotel.

The room was good with the exception of the sink and the tub. The sink in the vanity would knock you down with the horrible smell. It needs a drain cleaning badly. The tub is old and too rounded on the bottom. That put you off balance just stand still. I have poor balance which made the shower experience very unpleasant.

Hotel was booked because of convenience to interstate and complimentary breakfast. When we got to room 314 the key was not working and there were multiple howling dogs adjacent. They moved us to 2nd floor. Breakfast- even thogh we arrived early - was completely cold...all of it. Very disappointed in options.
