Staff was very nice upon check in, it’s an old inn so don’t expect much. Rooms are very dated and old. Location is great right off highway.Metal box spring was annoying at times. Biggest gripe was pricing $80, this room should rent in the $35-$45 a night range.

Unfortunately this is the worst inexpensive hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the entry door is disgusting...chipped, dirty & old looking. The room smelled & we had to leave the door open to air it out. The ceiling tiles were all curled on the corners & stained. It seems the walls in the bathroom had been painted, but they did a careless job and there is paint around the woodwork of the mirror & the woodwork of the bathroom door. The carpet also has paint splotches on it as well as stains. The kitchenette, dresser & bedside table (of which there is only one) were fine, but the desk tabke was also stained. The bathroom sink & counter were newish & also fine. The tub was stained, as was the toilet, but the shower had great water pressure. I can not recommend this hotel, even as only one night lodging. We had driven 12 hours today and were planning on sitting in the hot tub, but the water was questionable, so we didn't chance it.

The young woman at the front desk seemed annoyed we came in. It took some time to check in. The room was clean athough the bathroom was a bit rough and the toilet kept almost overflowing. Went to ask for a plunger and the women was reluctant, so one of the other staff got one for us. We had to plunge to get the toilet to go down everytime we used it. Also, the air conditioning barely worked albeit it was during the heat wave, so it was trying to cool, but mostly we sweated through the night. Other guests seemed happy enough, so maybe it was just bad luck for us. We are not overly picky people, so of we complain theres a reason. Either way, We won't be staying there again Luckily it was only one night and we hightailed it out 1st thing in the morning.

This place’s “excellent” review must be from glory days years ago or bots. It’s far from a nice place to spend even one night. The carpet is gummy, dirty, and has large stains in it. The bedding was so uncomfortable and worn that I actually had to cover the bed in towels to sleep. Lobby is filled with “No” signs about rules and policies, as if they’re more inconvenienced by guests than welcoming. The keys to my room didn’t work and I had to jiggle it just right to open it even when I got new keys. Might be the worst motel I’ve stayed at.

Didn't get much sleep

Bed was very uncomfortable; one side of the "king" was worn/collapsed, and frame "boomed" every time you sat on the bed or moved. All 4 pillows were too foamy to be able to support just my neck without pushing my head up. Neighbors were noisy until almost midnight, at least partially complicated by the fact that the walls are so thin you could easily hear their conversations. In-wall air conditioner was very loud and cycle on and off; setting the thermostat to "fan on" or changing the temp did nothing.
