Super poor stay

Definitely do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the harbor wing, the room is although spacious; it is super old. The decor, furniture etc are all very dated. The most terrible thing was that the refrigerator kept making very loud noise It was impossible to sleep at night The reception staff hardly speak any English it was impossible to communicate We emailed them to ask for some sort of compensation plan in another hotel within the same resort they just said there’s nth they could do Definitely does not worth the price It says ocean view room but the room we stayed at 90% of the view is block by trees Also at the balcony there was a very poorly designed trench and there is always dirty water trapped there

三十年ぶりに泊まりました。 当時は某プロ野球球団も使用していたので（今は知らない）雑多な感じでしたが… 今は系列ホテルも増えて良い意味で宿泊者が分散されています。 今回は子連れでしたので、周りも同世代＆子連れが多く、変に着飾ることもなく楽しめました。 施設や環境と対比するととてもリーズナブルだと思います。　 但し食事・アクティビティはリゾート価格ですのでそれなりに高くつきます。 レンタカーを利用した場合は買出ししたり、足を伸ばして食事もできると思います。 シャトルバス移動の場合は缶詰になるので、事前に買って持っていくのが良いかもです。

Property is good and is part of a larger resort, which has lots of food options. Staff mostly understood enough English to get by. Most restaurants required reservations. Convenience store in the lobby.
