the main reason we booked this hotel was the view from the room. we had the best view i had ever had among okinawa area trips including Ishigaki, Naga, and Miyako! we will definitely come back to the hotel next time we visit Miyako!!! the room is decent for the price & clean:) we might wanna book a room with kitchen next time even though the coffee service was great with the tumblers! the staffs were very kind & helpful!

The property was nice on the beach and rooms were big and clean. Only issue was lack of food near the hotel; there is one restaurant in the hotel, however you need a reservation and there’s usually only 4 tables available. I think you should always be able to eat at your own hotel restaurant. The power was also out frequently for a few hours during the day. Staff was kind and helpful

The Watermark Hotel is really secluded, and at time of booking, I wanted a quiet place to enjoy some downtime from touring hectic mainland Japan. The check-in process was smooth and I was assigned to the second floor, which was the floor I wanted. The floor and the area were very quiet at night. My room was large with a matching balcony that had a wonderful view westward. The bathroom was unique; it was three separate rooms. The shower room was great, as the shower head great pressure and the warm bidet is always nice in the morning. The first and third nights I dined at the hotel restaurant, which I thought had good food that was reasonably priced. The next morning, I had paid the expensive price of 3,300 Yen for the breakfast buffet, which was decent, but found other local places to have breakfast on the other two mornings. Although I the stay was decent, I don’t think I would stay here again, as it is just too secluded, and too dangerous to drive in the area after sunset.

Bel établissement. J’ai bénéficié d’une très bonne offre pour une chambre familiale de 4 personnes avec terrasse et jacuzzi, ce qui a rendu le séjour particulièrement agréable. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus, avec des transats permettant de profiter pleinement du cadre. La restauration est de bonne qualité et les tarifs restent raisonnables. Seul petit bémol : les portions pourraient être un peu plus généreuses. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable que je recommande pour un moment de détente en famille.

食事はとてもおいしかったです。食事の際のスタッフのかたも1日目はとても親切でした。2日目は・・？ お部屋はとてもきれいだったのですが、①トイレ内に手洗いがないこと（これはちょっとびっくりしました。これなら、バスルームにトイレがある方がましだと思いました。）②タオルをかける場所がまったくないこと（アメリカ・ハワイなどでは時々ありますが、徹底してどこにもかけられませんでした。組み立て式のタオル掛けはありましたが、ちょっと組み立てるのが大変でした。） 外国のかた向けのホテルなのでしたら問題ないかもしれませんが、邦人客向けとしては変更された方が良いと思います。ご検討お願いします。 それと、フロントの場所がはっきりせず、チェックインの際にあちこち歩きまわって大変苦労しました。何故か私では自動ドアが開きませんでしたし。 ビューはとてもよく、静かでしたし、食事はとても良かったですし、①だけ改善していただければまた是非伺いたいと思います。でも・・、変更は無理ですよね。 お世話になりました。

オーシャンビュー、ビーチへのアクセスは抜群でした。そのまま屋上のプールにも行けます。空港も目視で堪能できて、時刻表に合わせてビーチとプールで楽しみました。 売店も、ちょっとした食べ物もあり小腹を満たすのにぴったりです。 ランドリーは少し残念でした。現金のみなこと、カスタムができないため、脱水が足りず乾くのにかなりの時間が掛かりました。 カメラでチェックされているのか、稼働終了後直ぐに回収されているのは、気持ちの良いものでした。

以前から気になっていたこちらに初めて宿泊しました。とにかくお部屋からも屋上プールからも絶景のビューです。この点だけで評価しても良いというほど、宮古島を堪能させてもらいました。また、夜には屋上プールのビーチベッドで寝そべり、満点の天然プラネタリウムを体験し、家族で並んで見ることができ、感動しました。マイナス点は、お部屋の洗面所兼脱衣所がカビ臭っかったこと、朝ごはんのメニューが3泊とも同じだったこと、品切れが多かった点です。でも、スタッフも優しく、ホテルのレストランもリーズナブルなのに美味しかったですし、プール＆ビーチでのバスタオルの無料貸し出しや、氷のサーバー等もありがたかったです。素敵な旅になりました、ありがとうございました！！
