The hot tub is open and is expected to close on December 1, 2025. The pool is currently closed and is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

New corner townhome is just minutes from Old Spanish Trail Arena, Dead Horse Point State Park, Arches, and Canyonlands National Parks. With memorable views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab red rock rim on the private patios and throughout the home, you'll be sure to fully enjoy your relaxation time, after a day full of adventure! Endless jeep trails, mountain biking and hiking possibilities are just minutes away.

This two-bedroom townhome sleeps 6 (with a queen sofa bed on the main floor) and king beds in the two master suites with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and in the living room there is an Xbox gaming console! There is also a desk and chair available in the townhome if you need to get some work done during your stay.

Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the refreshing poolside, basketball, and tennis courts. You also can unwind on the two private patios and enjoy cooking out on the large gas BBQ grill. Stay connected using the high-speed WIFI that is designated for this specific townhome. We hope you make the "Delicate Arch Daydream" your home away from home when staying in Moab!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Parking
There are two parking spaces for the unit. Additional parking is available for vehicles, Jeeps, RZRs, trailers, and other vehicles on Village Drive, which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have in their party.
There is also ample additional parking on Meador Drive, which is the main street leading into Rim Village and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, RZRs or Jeeps, RZRs, . Meador Drive is about a 3-5 minute walk from the unit. 

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Great location, very clean and as described. Beds were very comfortable and the unit had all essentials. Great views from the unit and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it is just a short walk from the unit. Great communication and instructions/directions. The only thing that was a little confusing when first arriving was getting into the unit. I would suggest moving the keypad entry to the other door which is also closer to parking for the unit. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was amazing! It is just outside of town so you get a little peace and quiet. The two master bedrooms in this unit were perfect for 2 adult couples. It was a little confusing of where the parking spots for the unit where but found them eventually. The host was very responsive and friendly! I wrote a detailed review for the rental company (McKenna's Gold), but overall, the location (Spanish Valley vs. downtown Moab) and amenities (kitchen stocking, furnishings) were acceptable, but some problems with access (from parking lot), TV usage, and water pressure kept me from giving this a 5-star rating.

Beautiful new condo

This is a nicely decorated, new 2 story condo with two large, comfortable King size bedrooms, each with a nice private bathroom. The living area is large and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and all the cooking equipment you might need. It is also very clean which is important to me. The owner has thought through details for the comfort of her guests like curtains in the bedroom and storage for your clothes. The outdoor area is small, but relatively private with a nice grill. Although the property is close to the main road it did not cause a problem for us and actually added to the convenience of travel. The only issue we had is that we arrived at night and the whole property is very dark. The owner's map and detailed directions are essential for finding your condo and parking place, but if you can arrive in the daylight it will be much easier. If you are traveling in a time of year when it gets dark early, turning on your front porch light when you leave in the morning is also helpful for when you return at night. Arches and Canyonlands are beautiful parks, and this was a great place to stay for our visit.
