This townhome is new to online listing and is ready for you to enjoy in Moab! We are local and manage several properties in Moab. We have hundreds of repeat guests and top reviews for over 20 years!

The pool is open! The hot tub is closed. Please see the full hours and schedule below.
PLEASE READ: Due to repairs, the hot tub is expected to be closed starting June 7th and will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These repair dates are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

Relax and unwind in this inviting townhome after a full day of exploring all that Moab has to offer, from hiking and biking to off-roading and sightseeing. Thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience, this home provides a welcoming retreat to recharge and relax. The spacious primary master suite features a private en suite bathroom and access to an upstairs patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening. (Please note that, per HOA guidelines, patio furniture is not permitted on the upstairs balcony.) Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has one as well. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom is equipped with televisions so everyone can enjoy their own programs. There is a half bathroom downstairs off the kitchen.

Bathrooms: The master has an attached private bathroom with a tub-and-bath combination. There is a shared bathroom between the two additional bedrooms, with a tub-and-shower combination. A half bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washers and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit, and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Parking: There is an attached two-car garage with a driveway pad in front of the garage. You can park additional vehicles or a trailer on the driveway pad in front of the garage.

Additional Parking: Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property Management Company, Makenna's Gold Rentals, is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or a weather-related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Great gathering place.

Went to Moab to visit our adult children who are river guides there. We had plenty of room to all get together. The place was super clean and very well stocked. We would definitely book this again.

Magical Moab

We have so enjoyed everything Moab has to offer. We visited the Arches today, and we are in absolute AWE!!! Our American son in law has done an incredible job mapping out our road trip. We need to revisit and see everything we've missed this time round. What an Incredible Country you live in. The Townhouse is huge, comfortable, spotless, has everything we could have wanted and more! The beds are so comfortable, and after arriving late, it was a blessing to hit them. There was plenty of room for 6 adults in our party, and 2 car garage....Will be back, one day Nicole...Many Thanks.

Family USA Road Trip

Our trip from NZ and Australia was to Celebrate with our daughter as she married her love from Missouri. Our son in law mapped out a road trip for all 6 of us. Henry is a photographer, and we knew he would show us some incredible sights. It was my job, Mumma, to book accommodation. I wanted homes big enough for all of us, and I wanted it to feel like home too. This property ticked every box. There was a lock up garage for both our 4WD's. The Kitchen was big enough to cater cooking for a family. The lounge and living room also provided for us. The Master is huge with a walk in closet and ensuite. All the bedrooms were great, large and comfy. We had great views of those incredible mountains from the Master too. Communication was fantastic and almost immediate, which helps when your on the road for 3 and half wks, crossing the Country, and in and out of WIFI areas. We would very definitely stay again, We will be back, really enjoyed our 3 days here. I would highly recommend Arches National Park, National Park Canyons.... Oh my Gosh Monument Valley is surreal, breath taking I love Moab!!!! Thank you so much.We have Incredible memories USA

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is perfect! A group of friends and I go to Moab every year to mountain bike and this was our first time staying at this condo. AMAZING view out of the front door. Great things about the condo; clean, large, includes all the essentials (soap, towels, extra bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils, laundry, grill), just a 2 minute drive outside of town so it was close but still quiet and private, huge garage so we could confidently store our expensive bikes. The ONLY thing we wish we had was a hose so that we could spray off our bikes. Otherwise this place is perfect!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed having this lovely space to come back to and relax after a long day sightseeing in Arches and Canyonlands N.P.'s. We were able to do a little cooking, have our coffee in the morning, and just put our feet up and enjoy. The two large beds slept well but the 2 twin beds were not so comfortable; maybe need new mattresses. Overall, I think we would rent this place again.
