The home was clean and the kitchen was well-furnished. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the National Parks. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Moab. Canyonlands and Arches National Parks are amazing! Plan a visit!

Perfect stay!

The layout was great and spacious. Had everything you’d need regarding dishes, condiments, etc. the bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner. There were extra blankets, towels, pretty much anything you’re looking for! There is constructions going on near the property that was kinda loud in the mornings and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry our clothes (2-3 hours), but other than that, the stay was perfect for us. Close to town but still more peaceful.

Moab getaway

Overall our experience was very nice...about 10 minutes south of town with easy parking in a very nice, newer neighborhood. If we were to come back; however, we would choose a unit that is farther from the very busy road as the semi trucks run through the night and made our sleep less than sound.

Overall a well stocked, clean property situated on the edge of the compound, a decent stroll to the hot tub, playground, and courts. Excellently stocked kitchen as far as appliances and cookware.

Arches and Canyons

This was the perfect get away with all the comforts and conveniences of home. We will extremely pleased. It was close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab, which was convenient for days of hiking, rafting, and canyoneering. Neighbors, however, can be a bit loud at night when outside on patio which is right below main bedroom. But we know you can't control other guests.

Wonderful property!

Thank you so much for an easy check in, despite my own confusion about i :) The property is extremely clean, and very comfortable! Coming in from the desert at the end of the day, and having plush carpet, giant comfortable beds, private bathroom for both bedrooms, and the sauna and pools to great us, was so wonderful! Thanks for renting to me and my family, and we would definitely love to stay again when in Moab! I found my "Utah Spirit Animal" on Hwy 279, along the Colorado River - the bat... Moab was great

We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. A short drive to many places. We didn't have time to do everything it had to offer so we will definitely be back. The townhouse was great very clean and had many essentials. The pool was nice they have 2 so they don't get overcrowded.

It was very nice. The lock on the front door was very tricky and didn’t work correctly all the time but besides that small inconvenience it was a nice place. Our condo was kinda close to US 191 so the traffics noise was a little loud if we say out on the patio

Beautiful, Comfortable Home Away from Home

We loved this condo! The beds were so comfortable, even the sofa bed. Plenty of bedding and soft towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We appreciated the extension cords at the bedside for phone chargers. The pools were a wonderful treat at the end of the day. Thank you! We hope to come again!

Great house but still had issues

The house was great, new, and clean. However, it's about 15 minutes away from town in Moab. We had no wifi information on the listing and no wifi information inside the house and cell reception was very poor. We couldn't get in touch with anyone or send out a message through VRBO since we had no service and no wifi. We had to drive out of the area back into town to call customer service. At first, we got sent to a voicemail (I believe due to poor service) but finally got through and wifi information was provided. This process took about 1.5 hours and after a long day of being outdoors, it was very frustrating that we had to go back into town to get wifi information. I feel like poor cell service should be known and wifi information should be provided in a welcome book or something.

Not a bad place, but not my favoraite

House was clean and well organized. It's brand new so the house does not show up on a map, so Google Maps will not help you to get there. I'm sure in due time, this won't be an issue. It would have been nice if the kitchen had coffee or tea. There were plenty of dishes and things to cook with, but no condiments or things to supplement cooking. I was taken aback by the added fees and the large cleaning fee. I should have noticed prior to booking, but I feel like I over paid for the house.

Great place!

Great place to stay. Clean, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Games for entire family. Suggestions would be having better directions to place. It’s a newer development so the road is not located in google maps yet. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. I did email the property manager prior to stay and never had any response. The cupboard in kitchen was broken and not repaired. Could use more shower hooks in master bath. Thanks, overall great place to stay!

Brand New - Top of the Line

Would recommend to friends and family for enjoying all that Moab has to offer. We 3 adults stayed 5 nights in this brand new town house. We were maybe third people to stay. Love the the smell of a new home. Great attention to detail: all new high quality furniture, great beds, couches, TVs, linens, tasteful photography art and decorations. Thoughtful things like phone chargers next to bed on both sides. Living room is great place to hang out. Comfy and nice TV and sound-bar to listen to music from your phone. Kitchen has every gadget you could possibly need. Gas stove :-) New plates/glasses for adults and toddlers (bring your own spices etc unless those eventually get stocked). Gas grill is a Weber - my #1 choice for grill. Pool and hot tub is a bit of a hike, likely would use car to get to it. Moab Vacasa Property manager and owner were very attentive. Had a slight issue and they took care of it right away. No worries.
