Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 10a7) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

Stayed at this condo for a multi-day event with a group of friends. There was enough room for the seven of us (and a dog), although a bit tight in the kitchen. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped kitchen. Having a good size garage also a plus.

The property managers were easy to contact and willing to help Unfortunately we were not notified that the hot tub was being serviced and my two grandchildren were so unhappy We would have stayed at another VRBO if we had been notified We have been told we would received a partial refund for this Let’s see what the owners association decides. Wonderful Moab Property

This property was a great fit for 6 adults and our dogs. Very clean and had all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook our meals. Nice, quite complex with a pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the two car garage and had plenty of room for our vehicles & side by side. Highly recommend!

Great for families!

This spot was perfect for our family of four for our weeklong vacation in Moab. Everyone had their own space to sleep, and there was enough space to spread out and it was perfect for after a long, hot day and all the trails.

Good location and spacious condo

The Condo provided a convenient place to stay while in Moab with quick access to trails and town. Overall the property was clean. However our television in the main living space did not work and although addressed at check I was never fixed. Additionally the condo had pet hair throughout the rooms which was as brought to the proprietor’s attention without response or solution. With the mandatory cleaning fees paid by each renter this is an unnecessary oversight and inconvenience for those with pet allergies. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 to gather and relax.

Great Place

Stayed for 4 days. It is an awesome place. Close to the pool and playground. Very clean. Parking was a breeze. If you have more the a few trailers it might be difficult l, but we had 2 and had no problem. The driveway out of the garage is plenty long. Overall, I would stay again.

Great roomy townhouse minutes from downtown Moab.

Very roomy and clean townhouse. Has everything you need for multiple couples, including a two car garage and driveway space for two other cars. Nice and quiet - no thin walls here to hear other neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is very accurately described in the description. I had to contact the property manager shortly after booking. They responded immediately. The condo is nicely appointed. The garage is great for bikes and gear. It is a little south of town. That could be the only drawback I saw. We had 8 adults and it was plenty roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for family!

The location is not right in town which is what we like! It was pretty quiet and peaceful . It’s close enough for biking and hiking , and four wheeling activities. The drive to arches is 15-20 minutes depending on traffic through town . The house has everything we needed, pots pans an outdoor grill, plenty of room For 6 of us,, The pool and hot tub are very close Walking Distance from the condo
