My husband and I gifted our adult âchildrenâ and their spouses a week in Moab, hiking Canyonlands National Park, Arches, and Capital Reef! We rafted the Colorado River and dined at the incredible Desert Bistro! This beautiful home became our home away from home! The hot tub, beautiful patio, incredibly well appointed kitchen for foodies like us, and the warm, desert-inspired decor made our week so memorable! This is an incredible gem! Thank you for the memories!!!!
This house is really nice. It has everything you could need for a great Moab vacation - the kitchen is luxurious with gas cooktop, all the right utensils and high quality appliances. Laundry with detergent is available, as well as well stocked bathroom supplies, a hot tub, grill, fire pitâŠwe had a lovely time. It was clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend.Only comment - I wish it was closer to downtown. The 10-12 minute drive to downtown gets to be a drag, but the house itself makes up for that minor inconvenience! Thanks to the great hosts for sharing their home!!
Overall great stay but just a few minor issues. Cracked toilet lid upstairs that pinches rear, Tv only in main room, be sure to check grill propane or you may run out, ac unit could be a little larger or might need service as we got warm overnight, prefer electric lock code over lockbox key option, dont get lockbox code until right before stay.Other minor items reported to mgmt company that I wont mention here. Had great stay but with a few tweaks could have been excellent.
The home was beautiful and the area was perfect! It was fully stocked for those of us who love to cook our own meals and plenty of clean towels and bedding. The only disappointment was that it advertised restaurants within walking distance and made it out to be more secluded than it actually was. Other than that, it was great!
This home in Moab was like a hug at the end of the day. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, complete kitchen (minus cooking staples such as salt and pepper), bathrooms with each bedroom, and blocked outside noise. It is located at the south end of town near the golf course so you are about 15 minutes from downtown Moab. You are about a half mile from the golf course entrance. It is in a private development with other stand alone homes with all natural landscaping. It has a garage where your bikes can be locked up. It would easily accommodate a large group. Check in and contact with the Host was a breeze! We loved it and would stay there again if we returned.
Very nice property. the only complaints would be the trash was not emptied prior to arrival and i wish the communication was a little better telling us you cannot keep your licensed street legal ATV's on sight in the community at all.( a little surprised since this town is very much about off-roading) Don at the storage lot down the road was very helpful making accommodations for us though. Other than that this place was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
Great location away from the bustle of Main Street but still close enough to not take anytime to get downtown. Beautiful home and great accommodations. Perfect for the our family of 4.
Beware, this place is way south of town. Misrepresented on the VRBO map. NOT near the creek in town. That was a disappointment and could have been an issue had I been there during Moabâs busy season. With that aside, I loved this place! It was pet friendly but didnât âsmellâ pet friendly. The view was pretty. There was closet and drawer space to unpack. Beds were comfy. Fireplace was nice in the winter. Sitting area upstairs and down was homey and fun for guitar playing and reading. Great dining options (island and big dining table). AND bike racks, an extra fridge. Outdoor grill/fireplace area with fridge (didnât use, it was 16 degrees at night).Hot tub was broken but was repaired while I was there so I got a decent refund. But they let me sneak nextdoor for a soak;)Well-stocked kitchen with its own KNIFE SHARPENERS. I always bring my own because VRBO knives are always dull. Their knives were also dull but I fixed that. Gas stove (yay). Really, this place had everything! Even the towels were soft. While I only stayed there with two others, this would be a great option for two small families or a bigger group of friends to gather and base vacation, especially if planning adventures SOUTH of town.
The home is nice and is in a small quiet neighborhood. It's far enough from the main road in Moab you don't hear the traffic at all. The neighborhood has restrictions like no highway trailers, ATVs, etc which again made it nice and quiet. The home is clean and the perfect size for a short or longer stay. The master BR is on the main floor and the kitchen and living room were nice as well. The neighborhood is only minutes from downtown Moab.
